Great location, in the historic centre of Cagliari. Staff is very helpful and nice, check-in is automatic but very well organised. Room was clean and very good in size. I struggled to find the thermostat but staff helped me! Very pleasant stay, and much cheaper than many other fancy hotels in the area.

Probably the only thing that was missing in my room was a window, since the only window available was on the internal staircase, so for privacy reasons I kept it closed most of the times (but this is a very minor comment, to which I understand you cannot do much). Maybe someone could also say the rooms could have been slightly more modern, but the vibe was very good and to me if a room is comfortable and cozy, I do not mind how it looks.

The location of the Hotel was excellent in close proximity to everything including a short bus ride to the beach, it was right in the heart of the city with restaurant's and the water a close 3 min walk away. The rooms were in excellent condition with a tv also included, clean with an amazing cleaner who visited the room each day. The hotel was the perfect holiday stay for me and my partner and we had the most amazing week in this location. The staff were so helpful and kind to us with any inquiries we had as well as the cleaner who would clean our room everyday so beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here as we had the most excellent time.

The checking in of the property was a little diffucult.

Property was beautifully presented. We booked the superior double which was lovely and very clean. The communication from team was great, Carla sent us lots of useful information before our trip and sent us messages with information ongoing and made herself available to us. House keeper was also very friendly, helpful and our room was always wonderfully clean when we got back each evening. We arrived very early and the knew we would need to wait for our room but was allowed to drop our bags off in their hall under cctv and the housekeeper went out of her way to ensure the room was cleaned earlier than our original check in time and Carla messaged us to let us know when this was ready! Location was great with bus links to great locations, lovely restaurants, shops and marina on our door step and we were able to do lots of boat trips from the marina. Overall a lovely stay, thank you!

No negatives at all to note!

This hotel is right in the heart of it all. Restaurants all around, beautiful laneways to wander, and a five minute walk from the train station. The room itself was really lovely. Nicely decorated, very clean and a large bathroom with its own doors onto a balcony! It was very comfortable to come back to in the middle of the day when I needed a rest. They were also very quick to respond when I asked if I could drop my bags off earlier as I was arriving sooner than I had thought and my room was ready much earlier than expected.

The downstairs entry door shuts very loudly, and that combined with other guests coming in late at night and stomping up the stairs meant I was woken a few times. I don’t think that the hotel can do much about that so earplugs might be a good idea if you are a light sleeper.

Loved everything about this hotel from the location to the staff and everything in between. The room was clean and charming, we had a balcony with our room and it was lovely. Even though you’re in the city we had an amazing sleep as the sound is minimal. Everyone in this hotel was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. The property had a lovely smell to it and was very clean overall, they had maps and lots of information on tours and excursions there too!

Nothing at all - We moved here early on in our stay from the Caesar hotel after having such a poor experience there so this hotel couldn’t have been more refreshing and relaxing

The hotel is right in the historical center of Cagliari, easy to reach from the airport by train. Lots of restaurants and cafes serving late breakfast. The room itself was beyond our expectations, really nice and clear, with two balconies and a small fridge. Carla and Martina were super helpful and always ready to provide us with all the info needed.

The shower drain was a bit slow letting off the water. Also, as our room faces the street with all the restaurants, it was a bit noisy at nights, but I guess this is what you get living in a historical center.

Arcobaleno's location was absolutely fantastic. Right in the center of town, everything was within easy walking distance. We could explore all the shops, restaurants, and sights without needing any taxis or buses. It was perfect for a relaxing and car-free vacation. The room itself was impeccably clean. It was clear that a lot of attention to detail had been paid, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. This made a huge difference to our stay, especially after long days of exploring. Overall, this property was a great choice for our trip. The central location and extremely clean room made it a perfect base for discovering the town. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

The room was very clean, orderly and honestly spacious and the location was simply prime - smack middle of center. The bathroom had all the amenities that you could have wanted and is very convenient.

The approx 60€ per night price in late October is questionable since obviously there is no beach to go to, however, there were also no windows facing out of the property - every window was of the inside courtyard. Not to say that the windows facing outwards or the beach are essential, however, for 60€ per night - they just might be.

Breakfast is not included in the Arcobaleno Rooms, we are in the centre and don't need a car which is fantastic. There is a great coffee shop next door, restaurants, shops, everything you can think of, just steps away and you enter the vibe of Cagliari! What a feeling. Martina was the best, she answered all my questions and replied fast, she accomodated my request, she went beyond what I would of expected.

There is nothing to dislike, the rates for the rooms get you more for your value than any other establishments. Location is the best.

Decent sized room quite nicely decorated but basic. 20 steps to climb and they are quite steep and high, so needed to take extra care with backpacks! No lift option. Shower worked well. No breakfast option. Very "hands-off"again, with codes sent via WhatsApp and we only saw the reception open on the morning we departed. Tea/coffee facilities in reception area and water provided. Their more up-market suites in a different location appear rather smarter! But this location is good and we overlooked a quiet street.

Dim and a bit dark. Not our best sleep. Pillows needed changing.
