The localization is fantastic, you can get to every important place in the old town pretty fast on foot. There is a vast array of souvenir shops, mini markets, restaurants, bars and cafes on the same street as the guesthouse and all the ones close by. The room is big and bright, with a big comfortable bed, AC, small fridge and a nice bathroom. The train station is close (10 minutes slow walk), every train leaving stops at the airport. Additionally the bus stop with busses stopping alongside Poetto beach and at other important stops is around 5 minute walk from the guesthouse and is next ro the marina. The host Alberto is open to questions and always helpful. Fully recommend!

Host was really really really welcoming, he went out his way to meet me outside the location but I didn't even tell him exactly when I'm coming! Very dedicated, very helpful man! Location, I don't think there is a better place to stay location wise, 50 meters from main road, restaurants left right and center and buses to travel everywhere on doorstep. The place itself was huge inside, bed was comfy, the windows were really nice because you could close them with this shader and the room would instantly be completely dark. Very good for napping! Overall fantastic experience.

Perfect. The room was clean, big and cosy. The bed is super comfortable. The location is also perfect, the place is very close to the train/bus station. The check-in/out is easy and the host was very kind and helpful. There is no fridge, but there is a grocery around the corner. I would love to come back here.

Property has a perfect location in Cagliari. Room was simple and clean.

Apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and one big living room, which is not completed. While we were here, we were only allowed to use a bathroom and bedroom with no windows and balcony with a view to a inner yard, which is basicly walls, not a pleasant view. Why would rent an apartment, which half of it you cannot use ? Facilities was also a problem. No refrigirator (there is one, but it’s not working and you cannot use it), no coffee machine or kettle.

We met the owner for about two minutes and he seems like a very nice man. He lives on the third floor above the room. The room is new and very clean. It needs a waste basket, disposable cups, a coffee maker or at least a way to heat water, several things. There was no communication. The wifi was good. No TV! No amenities, just a room.
