Lovely room with doors opening onto the patio. The host was very friendly and even though we had to chat via translation app we communicated well. No shops or restaurants nearby so she did give me a sandwich that night as I was starving. She also kindly drove up the very steep hill to the start of the start of the via Francigena

The accommodation was in the middle of nowhere and the 2.5km road to get to there was steep ascending and descending roads, it has an on suite toilet but shower was upstairs next to her room.

Householder Teresina just amazing and careing about her guests, treated me like part of family!

Very far away from Rome if u are backpacking (using public transportation), but if u have a car (rented or your own), its absolutely worth it

the owner is one of the kindest most generous people I’ve ever met, and the location of the house has an absolutely breathtaking view of the Roman countryside.

The lady is nice and friendly .

the room is a basement that has a strong musty smell,I didn’t see the beautiful photos shown on the booking app. the breakfast is lower level than normally offered in other B&B . The address shown on google map and apple map is not the correct address, because of language difference ,I spent 1 hour to go around to find the BB. luckily with the help of a local people I am taken to the right place . I strongly suggest they correct this .

I found the owner, Lucia, very friendly, pleasant, welcoming and hospitable. Her son was quite the same and very helpful as well. She was very patient with our lack of Italian and, although she couldn't speak English, she made the effort to communicate as best as she could. (We do admit that the communication barrier and location of the Bed and Breakfast was a plus in a way: we felt we had more of an authentic Italian experience being in a less "touristy" are.) Also, the facilities were clean and safe, which were our main priorities. If you don't mind being farther from the city and like country surroundings, I would recommend staying here!

I only have a few comments to make about the property, as there really wasn't anything I didn't like: - The amount of breakfast provided was enough for me, but if you're someone who eats a lot at breakfast, you may find it scarce. - The main issue was the location. Because it was farther from Rome city central, we had to rely on the bus shuttle, which leaves hourly and not only doesn't run on Sundays (...which we found out on a Sunday!) but can be unreliable at times. Because we wanted to make sure to be in before dark, we had to make sure to catch the bus shuttle at a certain time, which cut our outings shorter than we would have liked. - The only thing I would suggest is to find an alternative for locking the doors. We didn't have any issues, and definitely liked the feeling of security, but I did recognize how there could be a potential safety issue: Unless you're given another key, there is no way to open the door from the inside, if you're are locked in from outside.
