Right off bus line from the train station. Nice room. Bigger than expected.

A little far from attractions. No heat. You can’t control the temperature in your room. We were very cold during the night and early morning. I had to sleep with blanket over my face and cocoon in a blanket. When asked the front desk they said there wasn’t a way to heat it. You could hear everything I’m the hallway even though we were on the end.

I like that it was close to the airport but not too far away from Venice. It only took us two minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop, and 18 minutes bus ride to Venice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff were polite and friendly and the house keepers were helpful too.

The walls does not have good sound-proofing. Our room was next to a family with young kids, and as they run around their room around 12 midnight, we could hear every footsteps and cries they made. The bed was a little too firm for me, I am a side-sleeper so, I always had slight shoulder pain when I woke up in the morning

After arriving early afternoon, we set off along the walking track "Passeggiata delle Barene - Campalto" towards Parco di San Giuliano. We bought ice-creams at the Green Cafe then walked a large circuit around Parco di San Giuliano before returning to the hotel the way we came. It was a delightful walk. The next two days we caught the #5 bus to Venice and had a lovely time exploring the city. The location of the hotel made travel to and from both Venice and the airport very easy.

The day we arrived, there was a bus strike so we had to catch a taxi to the hotel. We were shocked that the minimum fare was 25 Euro, so that was our fare even though the hotel was only 4.3 km from the airport.

Hotel is accommodating with things like selling bus tickets and having nice dispensers with soap/shampoo/bodylotion in your shower. The bus stop near the hotel (line 5) brings you to the main bus station in Venice. Perfect place to start. After your day out you can have a drink or cocktail at the bar. The amaretto Sour that Francesca made was superb! When we stayed here there was ample parking for the car. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast had more than enough options with things like pancakes, variation of breakfast meats like sausage, eggs, yoghurt, croissants and pastry. The beds were nice and firm.

The room was exactly as we chose, the beds were very comfortable, and there was water, coffee, and tea, etc. It was clean and well-equipped.

However, the receptionist at check-out was very unpleasant. We had to insist that they double-check Booking because he literally made us pay twice. Then, he told us to resolve it with Booking. After insisting for a few minutes, he realized it was their mistake (I hope it was just a mistake), but he never acknowledged it. He tried to charge us an additional 170 euros. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The hotel itself is excellent—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend booking this hotel; it’s truly worth it! Campalto is part of the Venice municipality and is only four bus stops away from the main bus station. The hotel is conveniently located just one stop from the airport. I parked my car at the hotel’s parking lot and traveled by bus, which stops nearby. The ticket costs only €1.50, and the buses are frequent, running until after midnight. It’s an ideal solution if you’re planning to stay in Venice.

We needed a place to stay prior to travelling to the airport, so the location was perfect. The number 5 bus from Venice stops just a few hundred meters away and they offer a shuttle to the hotel that's cheaper than the public bus. The breakfast is good and the rooms provide everything you need.

A few aspects of the hotel are looking a bit rundown and in need of maintenance. For example the door to our bathroom was broken, so it wouldn't shut properly, and our window also wouldn't close, which was annoying as it was a windy night. We informed the staff on checkout but they didn't seem that bothered.

Perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight out of Marco Polo. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and conveniently close to the airport. They have shuttles every 30 minutes to the airport starting at 6:30 am. We were tired after a long drive from the Dolomites so we opted to eat in the hotel restaurant that was surprisingly very good! I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable - we had a triple with three separate beds - perfect for the three of us. Staff was efficient and helpful.

Lobby staff were outstanding. So friendly and very helpful. Location was great. Very close to the airport and public transportation. The hotel restaurant was very nice. The breakfast buffet had more items then I have ever seen on a breakfast buffet! The room was very spacious and looked like it had been recently updated. The soaker bathtub and dual shower heads were greatly appreciated. The entire hotel was very clean!

The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were way to soft! Luckily we were so tired from our travels I didn't have trouble sleeping.
