Location is really good. There is 2-3 minutes walk to nearby train station. Line T1 will bring you straight to Venice. The ticket costs €3 for both directions and it can be bought in the hotel on the reception. Breakfast was really good as well!

Room wasn't really clean. First thing first, we have come early to the hotel, before the regular checkup. They managed to clean the room earlier for us, so this is something to remember. However, when guy from the reception called the cleaning staff, they told that the room was clean. We found a long hair in the bathroom in the toilet, which proves that the toilet wasn't clean at all. Also, in the room itself, there are some stuff that need to be fixed. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't that bad, but yes, the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Everything. Value for money was great. Easy to find, nice free parking, great staff, big and nice bathroom, spacious and light room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, with warm and cold variants. breakfast area is ok/nice, inside and outside. They make sure to clean and set the tables very quickly. Not the level of the breakfast in other more expensive 4 stars hotels but better than others. The fruit juice is ok, but not the best. The coffee is good only from the bar, not from the breakfast room. The location is ok also if you go by car and also if you want to use the tram or bus. 5-8 min till the station. Not a touristic/lively area but you do have a restaurant close and also stores.

Nothing important, just to keep in mind, maybe is important for others: Coffee at the breakfast is bad. The one from the bar is good. And they provide for you if you ask. No slippers in the room. Only one pillow, not big. For my wife was ok, for me no. I used additional personal pillows. No carpet on the floor, so it seems a bit cold (more in atmosphere terms than in temperature). The TV is not so big but its ok. You do have also 1 movie channel that its not doubled in Italian. :) No minibar.

The hotel is fine for a one or two-night stay when traveling around. Really close to the bus or tram stop which is a huge advantage. Free parking space. A super nice and kind receptionist explained everything to us and gave us advice on how to move around and get to Venice Island.

Missing glasses in the room and no kettle to have a tea which was super odd as this hotel says it a 4-star hotel. The hairdryer is weak so better to pack your own. Also, only 3 electrical sockets in the whole room. One in the bathroom which is not in European standard.

Staff was very Nice,lot of Romanian employees 😊even If we arrived middle of the night,check in was done without any problems; each day the room.was cleaned out -.microfridge filled in with 2 bottle of still Water and another 2 sparkle ones (for extra payment 2.2eur/0.5l bottle) - rooms are very spacious and modern; breakfast îs every day the same (only pasticerry îs different), but îs good and sufficient- and on top,You have the possibility to pack and take Something for to go; tram station very close- maxim 5 min walking and in 30 min You are to Venice - very good price-quality report😊

Perfect location for people travelling with e-car , easy free parking and a charger available on site. Affordable hotel, very clean , simple modern decor . Maybe 5 minutes walk to the tram T1 which goes to Venice every 10 minutes, tickets for tram and Vaporetto available at reception desk, travel time about 30 min. Friendly staff , some excellent recommendations of the local restaurants . It is our second stay in this hotel and when we come by car we will stay here for sure as parking in any of the garages on the Venice side is quite stressful experience .

It would have been nice if it was more choice at breakfast , everything was fresh and tasty but it would be nice to have more fresh fruit. parts of the hotel are a bit dated but it is being continuously updated.

We had two double rooms, and they were right next to each other in a private hallway. We could close the hallway door, which locked, and leave our room doors open so we could come and go between rooms as much as we wanted without constant opening and closing of doors and worrying about keys. The hallway door opened with our room keys. Fantastic option for families that need two rooms! The showers were perfect…lots of hot water and the water pressure was the best we had in Italy! We enjoyed long, relaxing showers! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast looked great, but we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. We did get coffee at the hotel, and it was fantastic coffee! The hotel is just a couple of minutes walking from the tram stop. This tram takes you directly to Venice for 1.50 euros per person each way. So easy!!! Great price, great location, clean. Overall, we were very happy to stay here and we will be back in the future!

The internet was slow, signal came and went a bit. This isn’t the most important thing to many travelers, but it would have been nice to have a stronger internet signal.

Spotless lovely hotel instantly felt comfortable from the second I booked I was contacted to offer assistance with transfers etc When we arrived instantly made to feel welcome and comfortable, everyone was so helpful reception guy (think his name was william) was so helpfull absolutely made our trip.

Could offer better range of food although what was there was lovely. 1 rude waitress but overall extremely happy

William and the rest of the staff were super helpful and very informative about transport into Venice. All the staff speak very good English. Ordered our mini bus back to airport. They could not do enough. Thankyou. Breakfast has a good choice, 2 of are party were gluten free and they were brought muesli, bread and biscuits at breakfast each day which was great for them. I would say use this hotel. Excellent value. Cheaper than staying in Venice and 20 mins on the bus or tram. Could not fault it.

The location was great, since it was near to the Venice airport, we just needed one night to stay prior traveling back. The hotel offered transport to the airport. We needed to pay extra, but it was worth it. The gentleman who drove us to the airport was very nice and helpful. His van was so comfortable. Hotel itself was very nice and met our expectation. Our doggie was staying there with us for free. They treat her very well and she was happy as she had even small patio to run. I am so pleased for the stuff which ensure that our return will be smooth.

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent connection to Venice. Room was very spacious and it was nice to be in it. Staff was extremely kind and helpful to instruct us on Venice. Parking was protected and could be used for the whole day, even after checkout was done. Very comfortable beds.

It wasn't clearly stated than room is going to be in other building than reception and restaurant. Breakfast could be better. As time passed options for breakfast were more limited.
