Everything was amazing! From my 4 day trip to dolomites, this is the best place I have been to. My motorcycle broke down during the gavia pass and I was going to be late to the check in at 22h, but the staff patiently waited for me and I was able to check in a little later. They welcomed me with a smile and accomodated me quickly in a room that was perfect for one person. The bed was big and the room was comfy. I had the best sleep there. In the morning they made breakfast which was also really nice. I drinked coffe on the porch and enjoyed some beautiful scenery and fresh air. The hotel and the staff is simply amazing! They helped me find a mechanic on a sunday to fix my bike. The hospitality was unlike any other. I thank you for everything you've done to make me feel welcomed. I will be seeing you again!

The staff were so kind and accommodating, which really made a difference to our stay. When I hurt my arm, they found ice & cream for me and then went the extra mile to find me paste for the bruising. Their attention to detail and generous spirit was a huge highlight of our stay - thank you for looking after us so well. Lovely breakfast, with beautiful scrambled eggs. The breakfast was an another example of amazing attention to detail.

The bus routes were a little hard to follow and it seems strange to only have a return bus at 4pm and then the next one was 5pm

One of the best and most welcoming hotels in my life! The hotel's excellent location offered a stunning view of the Alps. The room was a good size and warm, and the ski room was a nice addition. The breakfast options were excellent. After a day on the slopes, you could book a spa session. The spa area is beautifully decorated and designed for two persons. It was very nice that the staff provided us with tea, water, and a small snack included in the price. The small spa added a touch of relaxation. The staff were not only kind but also gave fantastic suggestions for local restaurants, ski rental spots, and parking facilities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with thoughtful amenities and helpful personnel.

Everything was perfect!

The staff of the hotel are the rock of the business. They are truly amazing, a wonderful family business, very attentive and willing to help you with everything you need. We had a warm welcome check in, when we got all the information about the amenities of the hotel but also about the benefits in town. The sustainability police which they promote is a wonderful aspect and this is a great achievement for a hotel which is not part of a large brand. Well done!

Not having a dinner option in house. But who knows....maybe this will come next:)

The hotel is excellent: great rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, and good location. We particularly loved the luxurious private spa experience. But most of all, the staff is extremely accommodating. They are so lovely and helpful and do their absolute best to meet your requests. Also a great hotel due to having a room for ski equipment, a bus stop right next to the hotel, good parking and a cozy lounge/bar area.

Phenomenal. My girlfriend and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend - We couldn’t have asked for a better place. At our arrival the owners of Hotel Sorriso welcomed us with the best manners. Everyone was extremely nice, kind and helpful throughtout our stay (3 nights). The room was great, tidy and clean, with an unbelievanle view of the mountains. The breakfast (included) had more than you could ask for, and (again) the service was incredible. For dinner we asked for restaurants recommendations and they gave us so many!! All of them were excellent (we neeed to come back to try them all 😁). At the hotel we also highly recommend booking their wellness room to use the sauna and steam room. Incredibly relaxing. We are thinking of coming back here in winter, the owner used to be a ski instructor so my girlfriend is already happy she’ll get excellent recommendations for where to learn skiing. We whole heartedly recommend staying here during the summer to relax an be surrounded by the wonderful Alps.

ok so here's what happened...i get to that hotel after driving for 6hours and a half under the rain on my motorcycle in the dolomites(just for you to get an idea of the wind and cold) no matter what i write over here, it won't be enough to describe how supportive and helpful the hotel owner and his receptionists were... i got to their place freezing my ass off, couldn't even get my gloves off(to this point my hand was numb from the cold), and had to spend the next day in the hotel fixing my bike...they helped me in every possible manner! I am really grateful to have been in such a place that day as i got everything i needed Hands down!

Overall - it was a great stay again (it was my second time in this hotel). Everything was perfect and above the expectations. Hotel is located in a quiet beautiful location (with great view of the mountains and valley), in a close distance to town's promenade with a variety of shops and restaurants. Personnel is super positive, friendly and helpful. Room was extra clean, towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were very tasteful and diversified. We all loved staying in this hotel and would like to come there again!

Perfect for 2 people! • The sauna room also amazing! It has steam room and finish sauna with big resting room too. Really enjoyed it after skiing. • we lost car key, owner was very helpful, help us to communicate with local facility • Breakfast was yummy. The Owner is also very thoughtful, checking if we need coffee, scrambled eggs, also help to close curtains when the sun is too shinny. She making sure the guests are comfortable ❤️ • friendly dog 🐕 • really love it, feel like a family • free outside parking • enjoyed the walk from hotel to the town about 10 mins

We love everything

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. It is a beautiful intimate hotel, run by kind, helpful and wonderful people. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was out of this world.. amazing. The actual hotel is a short walk from the town and if you miss the ski bus which I did twice it wasn't too far to walk back if you are wearing snowboard boots.🤪 Absolutely wonderful 😊
