The beds were comfy and the room was clean with a great view. Breakfast was yummy.
The only weird thing was the glass doors and walls of the bathroom. If it was just my husband and I it would have been fine but it was a family room and my teenage sons found the lack of privacy a bit difficult!

The hotel is within 5 min walking from the closest ski lift and in a quiet area, without loud music to disturb you at night. We enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of Felippo's team in the restaurant, which were always welcoming, joyful and helpful. All the bartenders are also very profesional and extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies from the kids club made our daughter always enjoy her time with them while Pepe, was an amazing guide for us upon our arrival and during our stay. Our room also felt very clean and knit hence, the housekeeping staff deserve a massive recognition as well. We would like to thank them all. We got a 10% discount from the ski rental, as hotel's guests (ask Pepe where to go... )
1. The food is absolutely crap. The breakfast is dull while the dinner... for EUR 35 / person, you eat amazing food outside. That of course unless you prefer "canteen" type of food, plenty but tasteless. 2. The fact that some members of staff don't have the patience to see if they receive a tip or not and "forget' to return the deposit for the slay for example.... shame... a tip would have been greater than 10 EUR. 3. Reception staff; the english needs to be massively improved, as they are the first point of contact with the hotel. Also, they should be able to provide full info (such as garage access and reservation.... which we never got access to because nobody bothered telling us.... it's 10 EUR / day but I believe it's worth it, specially if you don't have to clean the car after a snow storm). 4. You can hear very well from one room to another.... 5. Rooms need a cattle at least.... 6. Rooms need humidifiers.... We used to wet towels and put them on the radiators, not to wake up in the middle of the night with a full dry nose and throat.

Close to ski lifts.
We were B&B. There are very few restaurants in the town so you might be better off going full board. They charged €30 each for a buffet dinner including for children who ate very little. At checkout there was a €96 charge. I was told it was for use of the ski boot room and for “service”. The hotel was expensive compared to other choices this would have made the difference in us not booking there. Beware. Also we asked for a family room and got a tiny double with a sofa bed. The walls to the next room were paper thin and the room practically shook when they used the bathroom.

Location close to the skilift
The hotel is designed for group travel and has an anonymous atmosphere. The common rooms, such as the bar, are in the basement and have no natural light. The sauna area is tiny, poorly equipped and you have to pay extra to use it. Breakfast takes place in a hall that has the charm of a waiting room in a train station. As there are only two coffee machines for hundreds of guests, there are long queues. The coffee was undrinkable.

The room was fine, I quite liked the bathroom shower, my room was clean.
1) internet/wifi. Also no mobile reception. No hope of watching Netflix or even using WhatsApp at the hotel which is tough. Not great mobile reception too. I had to go for early morning walks to get my emails on mobile reception. 2) very strange policies on accessing the ski room (which is basic, but fine - remember you have to ask separately for a locker). Went to get ski boots on at 8am one day (lifts open at 8.20) and you couldn’t access from the ground floor, outside access chained, and eventually had to walk through breakfast service to use another staircase. Why not just always have the lower ground floor access open? And obviously unlock the outside doors by 7.30am or so? 3) staff were really not helpful. I may have been the first person ever to ask for a taxi (joking!) judging by their response. As an aside, and not the hotel’s fault, the taxi number they gave me then told me to ring back an hour later and then said they couldn’t do a booking for that evening until 7.30pm (dinner started at 6.30pm). 4) the hotel is tired. It could do with a revamp - even the front door has peeling paint. 5) I think most people there are on packages, so be aware of this atmosphere and the entertainment. I tried to have dinner there once to be told that I hadn’t booked so couldn’t… 6) it is a bit of a walk to the slopes. Nothing that bad, but it is circa 200/300m down a path and then across a small car park, across the main road, up some stairs then a slope to a lift. I’d have hated to do it with children.
