We had a junior suite, and it faced the piazza. It was a fabulous room, the beds were very comfortable. The walk-in wardrobe was a great addition to store away the suitcases. We also had a large balcony with sofas and a table. It was lovely to sit there in an evening and relax. Also to have a fridge was an added bonus too. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. It was our first time in Caserta and we will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip there.

Everything was wonderful.

The bed, the room size, and views from the balcony (top floor) were great. The free-to-use ironing/pressing board was a good addition, and the hotel even offers additional products which make life easier when ironing. The breakfast was good even though no buffet, but would recommend to just let it be a buffet to the guests. The reception staff helped us a lot to find a taxi at midnight, to pick us at Naples airport due to a taxi strike there, the taxi drove from Caserta to Naples airport and rescued us :)

The drain in the shower was almost fully clogged/blocked. The balcony needs better cleaning.

The position!next to a park with trees and next to the main shops.Very polite staff Alberto, Chiara & Luca at breakfast and Filippo helped us with everything we needed for our 5 month baby.

The aircondition during the day didn't work properly.

Good location on the square. Comfortable room (except the bathroom). Madeleine at the front desk and the housekeeper on floor 2 were both very nice and accommodating.

Front Desk staff and Breakfast staff were cold and rude. Black mold or dirt all over shower, it needs to be addressed asap, was disgusting. Extremely loud music from the square placed until 10:30pm.

Located a few blocks from the palace, this hotel provided us with clean rooms and great staff service. one of our rooms had an air conditioning problem, but the staff moved quickly to change rooms and fix the situation. A great place to stay in Caserta!

Perfectly located in the city center, on a quiet square. Big was super big worth balcony, bathroom had everything needed. Bed extremely big and comfortable

The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful, particularly the lady at check in time as well as Alberto prior to arrival was very helpful . Breakfast was also nice.

The hotel is at walking distance from the entrance of the Reggia di Caserta. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel as an agreement with a very convenient near secure parking. Hoetl personnel was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good. The room was plenty size wise. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been much better. The hotel restaurant was very nice. HVAC was very good.

At this time I could say anything negative about my stay.
