Pietro was amazing. Made us feel like we were family. He took very good care of us and checked in daily to see how we were doing . Staff was great, plan on making this a regulars place to stay.

if you love the noise of waves and nature, and the view, its amazzing ... i slept each day with my door open to enjoy the sounds in the night adn the day from the waves .... beach is not swimmable at all as its not safe by european standards to swim in it ... but you can walk 2km from the hotel to a decent black sand beach ...... the pool is good and decent !

not being told that the beach was not swimming .. its a garbage dump beach with dirty water with no filteration system but at least doesnt smell ... i think when the government sorts the filteration of the water, this will be a hot property

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable with a balcony with wonderful view of the bay. Breakfast was very good woth a large selection of food and you could eat outside to enjoy the view. Also, had a nice bar. The staff was exceptional.

Last night, a Saturday, right above us was a party room wirh a good size crowd and music. Could hear the music through the ceiling till it stopped around 1 am. Book a lower floor.

It’s biggest asset is its location, literally on the shore of the sea. The view from our. All’Onu was spectacular. It has a beautiful pool, but it wasn’t warm enough for us to use it. We opted to eat breakfast out, although they offer breakfast as an add-on for 15 euros. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t explore other amenities.

No free parking nearby, which adds about 15 euros to the daily rate. The price was double what we paid in our nearby B&B, even at the end of September.

Amazing view, waves certainly made a sound and might not be suited to some, but the sound was relaxing for us. Breakfast was great and staff very efficient and aware to diners, we had extras made when near end of breakfast time. Front desk staff helpful with travel and a taxi booking for the next morning. We arrived via train, walk was 5 mins and managable. Was a big relief they booked the taxi in Italian, one less thing to worry about in morning.

No milk in the room for the tea and coffee provided

The location is superb, and the idea of replicating a ship on the seafront is a brilliant concept. everything modern and bright and stunning views of the setting sun and the whole coastline..

The emphasis is on relaxation is paramount and welcome, but it makes the 9.30 a.m. deadline for breakfast really, really stressful and impossible to understand. The juices are poor and the lack of salmon is perplexing given the maritime location. This is why I haven’t given 10 out of 10 overall.

AMAZING views, perfect location and lovely staff. Aircon was brilliant and rooms very spacious. Pool was never too busy and we saw the most amazing sunsets.

Claims they have parking. This is not true - offsite and you have to pay - false advertising. Pool was a little dirty with tiles missing and showers leaking. The price was a little steep but understand this is due to the hotels location between Naples and the Amalfi.

Outstanding staff!! Beautiful location, central, perfect for what we were looking for. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the reception and bar staff. I'll elaborate later in this review. Castellammare di Stabia is less of a touristy area, something we prefer. It felt like real Italy. The surrounding area isn't 5 star however the hotel is in my opinion. I could have easily spent a week here no problem! All of the facilities are first class providing a wonderful stay. Wish I had longer there. The room and bathroom were huge ! Comfortable beds, beautiful view on the bay. Stunning hotel overll. The beach isn't the big attraction there, so don't have big expectations. The main promenade is right there and is a fun area to sit and people watch. I loved watching the families out and about on a late Sunday evening. My dad and I spent longer at Pompeii than we intended (this was our checkout day). The hotel allowed us to store our luggage for the day in a safe area behind the desk. (a separate room). We were too late arriving back to take the SITA bus to Praiano, so they made phone calls for us to arrange a taxi, the same one we used to get there (Travelex). We needed to stay another couple hours until our driver could come. The hotel staff made us feel safe and welcome and didn't rush us out the door. They kept our luggage while we went out for dinner. We also enjoyed a glass of wine in the lounge area overlooking the beach. We ended up leaving at 7:30 pm. I think the guy's name was Luigi? Anyways, bravo to all of you who worked that evening! I hope to visit again.

Only downside is the distance to the train station. Approximately 1km. Stairs to climb at station if you have luggage. Strongly advise taking a taxi from Naples. Train itself is really dodgy. The same Pickpocketer stalked my dad going to and from Pompeii so you wouldn't want to have luggage as a giveaway that you have all of your belongings on you. Nothing happened to us because I let this clown know I was watching him.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The front desk staff was SO INCREDIBLE- friendly, helpful, kind. Helped us book boat excursions so easily. Sadly the excursions were cancelled due to weather but they made the change of plans painless. Comfy beds, gorgeous view from our balcony and truly delicious cocktails from the bartender. The bartender Mauricio was so fun to talk to and created delicious cocktails based on what we were craving. Cannot rave about our stay here enough. Sad to be leaving such a friendly crew.

This hotel is perfect for starting out your trip in the greater Naples area, and just before the Sorrento or Amalfi Coast. It's in close proximity to the main tourist attractions such as Pompeii, Vesuvius and Herculaneum. The rooms are modern and really spacious with amazing views. It was great to have the pool to cool off after very hot summer days! There are plenty of good quality restaurants to choose from within a couple of minutes walk. The staff in Hotel Miramare really make it welcoming, a special thank you to the team on the front desk who took such good care of us including Raf, Pietro, Giulvana. They went above and beyond, when we arrived into Naples, there was a taxi strike and they arranged a private chauffeur for us from the airport to the hotel. We had a restaurant reservation in the Castellamare hilltops one evening, a little out of the way but it was no issue for the team to arrange a taxi for us to get there. We had an issue with the air conditioning and again, the team assisted us straight away!

The beach in front of the hotel could do with some tlc, it would be good to be cleaned every evening or morning.
