At arrival, we were kindly greeted and smoothly checked--in by the owners' son, and upgraded to a larger room with big terrace, furnished with two sunbeds and a table with chairs, with a view to a nice green garden. Everything was very clean, new and nice, a comfortable bed, nice colour scheme of the room, spacious bathroom, good towels. We had a fridge and got a complimentary bottle of water, there was a water heater with tea, a TV, also a possibility to heat the room and the bathroom. A rich breakfast was served every morning, with ham, salami, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, butter and marmelade, freshly fried eggs and 2 types of delicious home-made cakes and cookies, each day something new; and water, juice and coffee. But the best off all were the hosts, Federica and her husband. They took their time to kindly chat with us, gave advice about interesting things to see, provided a plan and many leaflets and pieces of information. Perfect hosts with rich knowledge of history of these interesting places. All in all, a very comfortable and nice B&B, very close to Peschiera del Garda, but very calm and absolutely peaceful at night; and with the kindest hosts. Warmly recommended! We would love to come back.

magnificent! magnificent! magnificent! From the moment we arrived the hostess was charming and very kind. The rooms are more beautiful than the pictures and very very clean. The location is great and there is free parking at the entrance. The breakfast is great, includes omelette, breads, vegetables, great fruits and we were most surprised by the very delicious pastries that the hostess and her husband make themselves. Highly recommended, hope to come back again soon. And thank you for the lovely hospitality.

Nothing at all!

One of the most relaxing and pleasant stays ever! Our host - sweetest and soft-spoken lady made sure that we had absolutely everything we need. Originally we were planning to stay there one night only, but thanks to the owner’s hospitality we prolonged our stay. Every morning we were served a delicious breakfast with three different pastries and baked goods (host’s husband is a pastry chef!), eggs, cheeses, yogurts and fresh fruits. There is an options to take a bike and do a tour to Peschiera del Garda and/or Sirmione along mesmerizing shores of river Mincio and lake Garda. On the very last morning I asked if it would be possible to get an iron. Instead the host offered to iron my dress! So incredibly sweet! Amazing place, kindest hosts in one of the beautiful spots on earth!

Everything, location and setting beautiful and not too far out on our bikes. Breakfast was lovely, room and nothing was too much trouble. Clothes were washed and had so much help thank you 😊

Perfect quite location to explore the lake or inlands. With the best tips provided for visiting the area (incl. city bikes free for rent) and excellent (home made) breakfast!!
