This gorgeous manor outside of Lake Garde was amazing. It vastly exceeded our expectations and, in fact, some of our friends in Munich are looking to stay there too. The property was beautiful, the apartment was enormous and very comfortable. The pool was just great for me and my kids. It was easy to get around to Verona and the lake, but we ended up spending more time at the place than expected.

This is not a critcism, as things were just fantastic, just a suggestion. At some point, they might consider serving food as we just ended up cooking because we didn't want to leave. The place was better than the lake.

Great place for family of six with swimming pool, playground, field, outdoor table and chairs, ample car parking, quiet at night and nice indoor kitchen / dinning area. The village and lake were enjoyable. Staff were especially welcoming and helpful.

Think twice about this place if you do not have a car as it is remote from the village and the only connecting road is not suitable for walking. No footpaths and current road construction.

I loved the property and location. It’s nestled beside a golf course which is pristine. Also the grounds of the apartment are wonderful,with a lovely pool and downstairs common area. Tea coffee machine available and vending for snacks. The pool has nice loungers and water clean and cool. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. The lady who met us and gave us keys was informative and friendly.

We had an upstairs apartment with a wooden roof that absorbed the heat all day. It was so hot and its height of summer. The aircons need a service and possible regassing. They could never meet the required cool

Host's approach was excellent, very friendly and ready to help. We had bikes, so it was great that we could store them in the shed. Train station is not far away and to Verona it takes only 15 minutes, really nice for one day trip. This accomodation is great after busy day spent near Lago di Garda, as it is really noisy and crowded area.

I would prefer wider range of free toiletries.

Beautifully decorated, grand and spacious apartment. Barbara was super helpful and efficient during our stay and recommended a wonderful restaurant for a family celebration. We had a lovely stay to celebrate my husband's birthday, thank you Barbara.

Interesting place - a country palace close to town. A small gem. Rooms spacious, rustic styled, atmospheric. Very helpful and devoted hotel manager Barbara. There was a Booking.com / hotel mixup with the room but quickly resolved in spite of nighttime. Nice swimming pool. Close access to Garda and all Verona region.

Rooms are beautiful but lack practicality. There is a lot of atmospheric light but lack of proper filling and functional light. Kitchen lacks most of logical utensils that would allow you to prepare a simple meal as if the kitchen should be there on paper only. The place is surrounded by highways but they don't bother too much.

First of all Barbara was so easy to deal with and helpful. The place gave us a huge space to fit the family and the pool was perfect. Location was perfect for short drive to the lake and all the restaurants etc . The vending machine was really helpful also.

Not that did not like just my fault for not appreciating it’s more self catering so should have had more shower gels etc with us but good to note. Will definitely come back

Barbara was a fantastic host! she helped us with early check in, and with finding and booking an amazing restaurant in the area. The room was very very big' well equipped and comfortable. The pool and football court were well maintained and very nice to stay in. We loved this place.

The property is located next to a golf course near a motorway. You can hear it just a little bit. The pool has a good size and is perfectly clean. Especially with kids it could not be any better. They can run around and we had such a lovely time there.

A unique place to stay in. very family friendly. Everything you read about Barbara is true and more. super host and a nice person. Great location and quiet. 3 min. from peschiera del garda.

Unfortunatly, the weather got really bad in Garda area, and we saw the down side of this. but the stuff did above and beyond for us and for the place. except the weather we have no complaints.
