Chose this place because of the pictures of the bedroom, I thought it was so romantic looking. Lived up and exceeded all my expectations. It was an entire 2 bedroom unit with a LR, dining table, small kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. It was exactly what you would want a B&B to be. Breakfast was delicious and made to order.

stairs to get up to the second floor but that wasn't unexpected. Only suggestion for improvement would be a little card explaining how to use the coffee maker, host walked us through it twice but the information didn't stick so some directions would be helpful.

Our stay in B&B Antica Gabella was excellent. The property is located very centrally with many restaurants around. The hosts are very nice and helpful - we met all the family who live next door. They helped us with the car parking and advised where we could park for free. Then they helped to drive the car back to hotel when we needed to collect the luggage before leaving as it is not that easy to drive there around. They prepared us very nice breakfast and asked in advance what would we like to eat. The room wasn't big but it has a character, was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We LOVED staying at Antica Gabella. It was so gorgeous. The owners go above and beyond to take care of you. You get so much space and it is immaculately clean, whilst still being rustic and charming. The breakfast was beautiful and delivered fresh each day. So many little things to love; memory foam pillows, welcome treats, great coffee machine, fluffy towels, even a torch to take out at night. The location is perfect. We can’t wait to stay again xx

We loved everything

We booked and arrived within am hour and the room was ready for us. Fantastic location inside the walls of the castle. Large space with lounge and two bedroom. Fantastic décor and so much attention to detail to make this a luxury feeling place, without making you feel that you could not use it :) Great breakfast, plenty fruit and cakes on arrival. Friendly and helpful owners. Would definitely go back and recommend others to use this place. To be honest if we could give a higher rating then 10, we would.

This is not a criticism for us, but a note that the fantastic wood floor have some steps and different levels that may be an issue for the less able to move around. It is expect in such an old character building to have different levels, but if you have a bit trouble moving around then maybe better to ask for a ground floor room.

Such a lovely place! Beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and smells clean, with everything you need all available. Giovanna prepares a bountiful breakfast all fresh and homemade. Ac and wifi in all rooms, well equipped with sockets for charging devices. Right in the heart of the centre yet located in a quiet street so one could really rest well. I could live in this place... so much attention to detail given. Its a must visit. Thank you qq❤

Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit, coffee, scrambled eggs, and croisants. The location is in the center of town close to all cafes, markets, churches, restaurants. The best part were the amazing hosts who were kind, helpful, and took the time to talk with us.

This place was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The owners were the sweetest couple, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were adorable! We stayed in 3 places while in Italy and this one was by far our favorite in every way.

This is in an ideal location with parking near by. It sits right in the centre of the village, in a beautifully presented villa. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable of the local area, and the breakfast was fantastic. Very comfortable beds, very comfortable and sizeable rooms with a great shower too!

Very nice and pleasant accommodation, stylish, clean. We had an amazing care and service from the owners, great breakfast, everything available including very useful advices where to go. The owners are very friendly and nice people. I can only recommend the accommodation to anyone, who wants to spent few days in a very special and pleasant place. No doubt it is a super value for money and very comfortable!

Very clean and comfortable. I had my best night of sleep there. Breakfast was perfect and generous. It was raining during my stay and the owners gave me a ride to the train station.
