Instead of 2 nights we stayed 5 and based our Tuscan exploration from here as so wonderful! Big thanks to Suzy and Beatrice for their patience and extra help with sorting some things for us. You were wonderful! Michaela is a fantastic chef and recommend the smoked beef and sea bass and breakfasts were lovely. Lorenzo was a great sommelier who made great limoncello spritz! Amazing pool area and beautiful grounds with covered parking and beautiful views of the countryside. Will hopefully return one day from NZ

Nothing just leaving it

A great hotel in the countryside at the boarder of Tuscany and Umbria. We came by car and it was great to have parking in the shade since we were visiting a lot of vineyards and had wine in the car. The owner of the hotel is producing his own wine which we tried during a tasting and have taken back a couple of cases. We also had dinner and were surprised by the portion sizes which were rather large for Italian standards. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing bad to say

This was the perfect retreat for myself and my family. The pool and the spa were relaxing, and the restaurant was amazing for dinner. We have a two year old, and the staff was warm and friendly with her and I was so impressed with everything. Breakfast was delicious, and I was pleased to find that there were a few warm items (eggs, bacon) that you don't normally see on an Italian breakfast table.

The only thing that could have been better was if there were pool towels provided!

Beautiful place with wonderful staff, pool clean , nice room the view from the window is amazing, have wines and some snacks defiantly a great place to visit

The whole area is lack of restaurants that are open during lunch time so if you come to that are be aware that you will have a problem to find a working restaurant

Everything clean, everything well kept and attention to details around the property. From the pool you can see the surrounding hills and the Trasimeno lake. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Very kind staff. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the area. You will regret for not staying longer :).

It's an old but very charming hotel. The views from the spectacular garden are amazing. The swimming pool is very enjoyable. Part of the hotel is a restaurant. They serve delicious food here. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been too (Genius level 3)

nothing - I want to go back!

The location was wonderful, with stunning views over the countryside. From our bedroom window we had a great view on the sunrise every morning! The staff was very friendly and did their best for every guest. There was a nice (but very cold) swimming pool with some sunbeds to relax. The room was quite big and the bathroom was clean and looked renovated. A suggestion might be to put some water bottles in the room for the guests.

- The airconditioning in our room didn’t really work, it was just blowing air of the room temperature of that moment, which was quite hot. - The drainage of the shower and bath didn’t work well, we had to turn off the shower every minute and wait to let the water flow away.

I liked everything! Amazing garden to enjoy the breakfast. Very helpful staff. The sir that was helping the guests with breakfast very kind, professional! I appreciated everything the location has to offer, as decor, pool, views.

The loaction, and the seimming pool area with an amazing green view on Lago Trasimeno (castiglione del Lago). Place super Peacefully … f&b also amazing! Huge room with double bathroom!

Nothing really!

Great property, with amazing views of the lake and very friendly staff. The breakfast spread is also very nice and the Olive Oil they serve is one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
