Excellent location, close to the bus station and a few minutes' walk from the center. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

It is important to know that the apartment is shared with others, there is a common area (kitchen and hall) and three rooms that are rented separately. This can make you feel unsafe, but if you don't have a problem with that, everything is perfect.

Easy walking distance to Catania's main tourist sights - the cathedral, the Greco-Roman amphitheatre, the Ursini castle and the fish market. Excellent family run restaurant, I Moschettierios, is just around the corner

Located on a somewhat dingy street (but safe) Access for guests to a washing machine would have been an asset

Lovely responsive host, clean and tidy apartment great balcony and fully equipped shared kitchenette. Wonderful location to train Nd bus station and about 1km walk to old town. Good aircon, spacious room and bathroom. Very happy with our stay here and would return.

15 euro late check in but she was so helpful throughout our stay it didn't bother us

Very friendly, chatty, Italian speaking host that welcomed us, gave us a nice Italian breakfast with cakes and coffee but als yoghurt and bread, and a warm good bye. Free parking in the narrow street. Old center was about a 15 min walk, trainstation is 5 min walk. Airco was much appreciated. Also a nice private terrace.

The bed was nice and firm but also a bit saggy. Shower head is in need of vinegar. Nothing major. We loved our stay at this appartment.

The B&B was spacious, spotless with its own terrace and conveniently located close to the Central station for our onward journey. Maria the owner could not have been more kind and helpful, arranging a transfer from the airport, staying in communication when our flight was delayed and made us homemade crostada for breakfast which was delicious!

For us the location was ideal because we were catching a train the following day but other travellers who are staying longer in Catania may prefer to be closer to the heart of historic Catania.

Location near the railway & bus stations was handy, but quite a walk to the cities sites.

Not very attractive outside in the street, but ok inside. Not much insulation in the walls, so hear neighbours. Some damp and mould around the shower tiles. Bed was very low to ground, but comfortable. No breakfast unless you want to buy and make your own.

The lady, our host, Maria was trying the best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Location is close to train station, and bus terminal, and approximately 10 min walk from center. You have a big sunny terrace for each room, also for the breakfast /kitchen area. Breakfast is Italian sweets and lovely homemade cakes, however if you're not fan of sweet breakfast, you can let her know in advance (we did that and worked great) and she will try to serve you something else.

The sketchy neighborhood, but we walked a lot in the evening and it seemed safe.

Spotlessly clean. I felt safe in this apartment even though the area was not the greatest. If you're catching the bus or train in Catania- stay here! Short walk to bus and trains. Patio was nice.

Neighborhood is a rough area. It would be nice if there was a few things there available such as oil, coffee, sauces, butter, etc to cook meals with.

A very convenient location five minutes walk from the main railway station. Ten minutes to main square . Lovely size room with a private large outside terrace . There’s a communal type kitchen with access to a fridge. Breakfast is served by a really hospitable lady on another adjacent terrace. Bedroom has an excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Wonderful place to stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Spacious terrace yet it was too hot to use it. Walking distance to all major streets, yet in the evening we did not shortcut because some streets are dark. Owner is friendly and helpful - somehow understood each other with my basic italian 😄

Breakfast is quite simple - coffee, homemade pie, yoghurt. I think shower hole was a bit clogged, cause after I took it, the water was on the floor - better to check.
