The location's extremely well, right in the piazza of the town's local medieval castle, with plenty of pubs and terraces around it. Only stayed for one night, cause it was very close to the bus station that drove me to the airport early in the morning.

Nothing in particular, just had a short confusion with the address, as the entrance is actually inside the Piazza Federico di Svevia, the one around the castle.

The location is perfect and the studio is really spacious for two or even three people. The bus station is close, also greater places in the corner and even there is a restaurant down there it wasn't too loud.

The kitchen has almost everything except plates and only has one glass. That could be improved, but we were glad it has a little cooker and frying pan.

Dishes were dirty. Kitchen equipment very poor - no plates, 1 knife, 1 cup, 1 glass.

Owner was very nice and helpful, great position - near to city centre and bus station.

Air conditioning

We recently stayed at this B&B during our visit to Catania. The location is great, with easy access to the main attractions. The property was just a single apartment room with a bathroom. The air conditioning was effective, which was much appreciated during the hot days. Roger, the man in charge, was very kind and tried to be helpful, but he speaks very little English, so communication was a bit challenging. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable and conveniently located accommodation, but don't expect a traditional B&B experience with breakfast included.

We were disappointed that breakfast was not provided, despite the place being advertised as a Bed and Breakfast. We think this might be a mistranslation between Italian and English in calling the apartment a "B&B". The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke when we first arrived, but opening all the windows cleared out the smell in one afternoon.

Spacious room

Bathroom could be tidier a bit. There was no toilet paper and soap It was smelly
