Every thing except they did not include breakfast, it was an extra charge. I would rather have paid more to have breakfast included. We had to leave at 7:00 a m to catch our flight, I would have preferred they accommodate us with an early breakfast.

The room was large and beautifully decorated and had a great view of the main square with a small balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. And.. staff was extremely helpful and friendly .

The bathroom shower was finished with highly polished marble on the floor which made it very easy to slip and fall. The hotel provided flip flops for the shower but a rubber shower mat would have been more appropriate. Lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to shave

Everything! Lovely place to stay,very cosy and intim,very but very clean place,very good location,you are in the middle of the center,the staff is very friendly,very careful with you. I dont think you can find anything better in all Catania,to be honest. I recommend with all my heart and definitely next time im gonna choose the same hotel. Thank you for everything!

The Palazzo and our room were beautifully decorated. Wonderful linen sheets on the bed. Ideally located. Excellent staff - Renato and Alessandra took great care of us -great restaurant recommendations as well as what to see in a short time.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The room (Idilia?) was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is just superb for getting the most from the historic centre of Catania. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There are seven guest rooms which form part of a historic building so this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. Reception is manned during normal hours but there is not always someone to pick up the phone. Our room was very modern, others are more traditional so be aware of this when booking.

The location next to the Main Piazza in the city was perfect. We were given the room that is on the front of their brochures and it was stunning. Comfortable bed and very spacious interior. Staff were wonderful and were happy to provide all types of recommendations and organized our transfers for us.

Absolutely superb. Room was terrific with great views of the Cathedral square from our balcony. Fabulous location, staff were great, nothing was too much trouble & they were all very friendly & helpful. Everything was top quality, loved all the little extras like the fizzy water dispenser & home made biscuits in the dining room that we’re ready available at all time. 100 percent recommend.

The room was stunning....bed very comfortable and the staff went out of their way to welcome us and answer any questions we had.

I didn't realize that arrangements could be made to pick one up at the car parking lot and take one back....so good to know for next visit. ....but this was not the fault of the staff, for I never asked.

The location was perfect - right off the main square in the heart of Catania. We ordered breakfast on a number of days which was served in the room and offered a good selection of Sicilian and regular international options. The staff were great - very helpful and very friendly. The room itself was stunning - silk wall hangings with ornate furniture and cornicing. There were complimentary snacks, coffee and aperitivi available in the social area beside reception. Our plane was delayed and the staff waited to meet us late in the evening.

It feels like nit picking to point out that the building is a historic palazzo, so the corridors are a bit narrow and the great location means there is some noise outside the window, but the windows are modern so most of it is shut out anyway.

We had the 20 euro breakfast in our room. It was very nice and had everything we asked for included and delicious.

Our room the first night we stayed at Palazzo Marletta was wonderful. We stayed a second night a week later, and were given a different room. That room’s (Angelica) bathroom was smaller and immediately open to the entry door. Definitely not as appealing. Both rooms were the same price. So, be aware that not all rooms are equal, but still very attractive.
