In short, everything was great. The place is very near historical city center and via Etna - the most representative central street in Catania. It's located on the 7th floor in a big building so you don't have to worry at all about the noise, it's very quiet. The owner has sent us a general intro message along with instructions on how to get inside on the check-in day, everything crystal clear; he was available on whatsapp basically all the time answering any questions we had, big plus for that. We came like 2 hours earlier than planned but it was no problem as the room was already ready. And oh boy what a room that is :) the jacuzzi is actually bigger than on the photos, it has bubbles and light, it's comfortable and you can set any water temperature as you like. You can watch a big TV (netflix included) from it or from the bed right next to it (very comfy, 2 pillows). The room equipment is like an actual hotel: you get fancy soap, shampoo, body lotion, along with several towels and bathrobes. There are a few coffes and some tea as well, plus some other goodies in a minibar (extra paid snacks and prosecco bottle if you like, if you prefer cheaper options there's Lidl store 100m from the apartment), you can use it as a fridge for your own stuff ;). It's a "smart room" where you can set the air condition and other "smart home" stuff from the wall panel. In the morning you get breakfast straight to your room, you can pick one of the options from the card (not only sweet!!). The owner was kind enough to allow us to mix 2 options. The bathroom is practical and good looking, overall it's a very modern apartment design which combines great with the jacuzzi - I mean who wouldn't want to have a jacuzzi right near the bed? :) It's absolutely perfect place for couples and we consider it a sherry on top of our honeymoon trip to Sicily. Well deserved 10/10.

The property is well-located near many of the historical sites and is just 3 short blocks from Via Etnea (with all of its shops). There is a large grocery store (Deco) next door to the entry way. The rooms are clean, including the hot tub which was spotless. Michele, the host, is very kind and attentive. We used WhatsApp and Google Translate to communicate with one another. He offered several recommendations of things to do and places to eat. One thing we looked forward to each morning was the fresh breakfast prepared by Michele and delivered on a cute, rolling table/tray to your room. We especially enjoyed the baked eggs, french toast, and assorted pastries.

The beds are very low to the ground so they are harder for older guests with back, hip, or knee issues to get in and out of. But they were very comfortable.

We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment ❤️Close to the center, clean and tidy, cleaned every day. The apartment is air-conditioned. Everything looks just like in the pictures, a huge and comfortable Jacuzzi, additionally bathrobes and new slippers for use by couples, a nice owner, He greeted us kindly and showed us around the facility ,the ability to choose breakfast from the menu. Breakfasts were delicious, served to the room, additionally coffee, tea, juices, from the window in the distance you can see the sea. In the apartament is a big TV, and we can watch netflix. the apartament was quiet, you could sleep peacefully, the bed is very comfortable.

great location, very clean and a 5star room

It was such a lovely stay at Zoe Suites! The owner Michele was very helpful, organized and friendly. The communication was made via Whatsapp, everything was explained well, I could enter the building and room without any problem. The room was very comfortable, shower products, coffee machine with capsules and a fridge were included. In addition, super clean whirlpool which worked easily without any instructions. The best part was the AMAZING BREAKFAST which was served to your room for the time you wished it to be there. It was made with love and details. Grazie Michele ♥️

The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, you might hear your neighbours a bit but absolutely managable, we are all humans :)

What to say except- perfect. I left already review on Google, so for this place I can say only the best. It really is as it looks like on photos, breakfast served in the room, every day cleaning ( this is not hotel, it is apartment), everybody are so carefull, host especially...This is the way how shold people work in tourism! Just to say, I spend this week in Milan and Palermo, accommondation was not even close to this in other cities...

Zoe luxury suite was so beautiful. we had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed using the spa in the middle of the room. Despite having to look for a accommodation urgently in the middle of the night due to safety issues in our previous Airbnb. Zoe accom allowed us to checked in at 5am & we stayed for another night. they only charged us for 1 night stay. The staff was friendly and location was good. HIGHELY RECOMMENDED

Michele, the host, was teriffic! He contacted us before we arrived to inform of issues at the local airport. He provided valuable tips and locations to visit. Was friendly and available. And most of all, he provided great help when our flight got canceled! The apartments themselves are well kept and have a beautiful design. Their location was superb, close to city center and transportation and with multiple grocery stores near by.

Amazing place to stay. Had a wonderful time with a truly luxorous experince. Stayed here after a proposal and it was exactly what we imagined. Michele is an excellent host and did everything he could to ensure the stay was memorable. A room so nice it may make you want to spend all your time in the room rather than exploring Catania. :)

As Finns we're not used to sweet breakfast. Due to that we asked for salty one and surprisingly it was provided to us even though it was not in the actual breakfast menu. The host of the apartment was extremely nice, polite and service oriented. The room was clean and the location just perfect.
