It was simply the cleanest place I have ever stayed, the room and bathroom were spotless and watching the staff wipe down a table in the resteraunt I can see why. We were lucky to be on the top floor and had a wonderful view from our room. The quirkiness of the decor was also very charming and days after arrival we were still noticing new details. All in all it was an excellent value for money.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Not horrible but probably on it's way out. The only other thing I can say was that the breakfast was mostly sweet ( but nothig wrong with that) and that if you want a pool and a resteraunt this is not the place for you - but you should know that from the description.

Great staff. The lady with the lovely ringlets on reception could not have been kinder as was the waitress at breakfast. There was a wide choice of breakfast dishes, both savory and sweet. The hotel is pretty close to the old town and really close to the 'Terme' and we were able to park on site which is always a plus.

Nice hotel, located a bit off the city centre, which in my opinion is convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast provided as buffet with a lot of options (some vegetables would be nice though). Good wi-fi. Clean rooms, with air conditioning and a fridge, not so big, but guests can use terrace in front of the enterrance.

The hotel location is great, the rooms are super clean and the breakfast included is really good as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Amazing location, breathtaking view from bedroom window with a perfect sunset and a perfect sunrise. The room was super clean, big enough to fit 2 people and good for a pitstop while you're road tripping around. Great value for money and for what you get. The bathroom is very clean and has everything you need. There was even parking spots under the building which was ideal for us. Very quiet and peaceful area. Recommended!

I think the whole hotel in general is a little bit outdated if you compare it to the images you see on the website. Obviously a lot of things seemed used/worn out, but it was totally fine for us! You cannot open the window to your room because huge bugs will enter. I think someone came in and closed our window while we were away. Breakfast was ok, coffee was not good, but definitely fair for the price we were paying!

Great staff - always with smile, good location - the area has great views on Tuscan hills, in the area there are many restaurants etc. Tasty breakfast with eggs, different cakes, coffee etc.

Too much of disinfectants everywhere. Even the glasses at the breakfast filled with juice tasted like drinking a disinfectant...they follow the rules, but obviously way too strict
