The staff was really nice. The location is good, 10 min by car to Montepulciano and 30 min to Pienza. The view from the hotel is ok, but the blocks are covering the beauty of the landscape. Overall a good price-quality report.

Wonderful location, close to all major cities for wine and Italian cuisine amateurs. The spa is extremely clean (cleaned every hour) and the staff is lovely. Breakfast was generous. The wellness centre is very modern. Great value for money.

The rooms are very simple, a bit "vintage" or old fashioned and could be refurbished, however everything works perfectly fine and we spent most of the time visiting or relaxing at the spa, so there was no discomfort at all.

long way to the room and in the room you hear everything from the neighbors, very bad isolation. we had a very bad experience with the very noisy neighbors next door: vulgar, without education and not consideration at all. the staff was forced to call the carabinieri.

Probably one of the most congenial and friendly hotels I have ever stayed in, makes up for any small things that I might note. The hotel services are very very good, an excellent spa, the massage I had was very good and professional, next visit I will indulge in more of the spa services. good restaurant, you leave with a sense of being treated so very well. The room was very clean and neat, the shower/wc very good; the hotel is maintained well, still looks new-ish. I will remember this hotel for the covivial atmosphere and excellent services, I will return, I can't praise the staff enough, so good and so friendly and courteous.

I generally look for hotels with more "style"; this is a typical 80s style hotel with very plain rooms and beds, but everything else makes up for this. The price is excellent for the quality of stay and services, the spa is very relaxing and has a very pleasant design. You can overlook the quality of the room furnishings (the shower/wc are nice and upgraded however). seeing how nice everything else is. Updating the rooms would do so much to improve this hotel, but the halls and rooms are maintained very well, just lacks a bit of style. Written instructions for how to arrive would be helpful, maybe with a small map.

We have stayed here several times for a short break. The staff are very polite and friendly. The breakfast is varied and very good quality. Our room had large balcony with a lovely view over the valley. The pool / spa is really relaxing, and again, the staff are very polite and friendly.

The room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable and we especially liked the spatious balcony with view. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the Salone dell’Aqua - beautiful thermal pool. Altogether: a great stay!

standard hotel for one night, can't write anything too good or bad.

the hotel is clearly old, which needs to be taken into account (all the equipment in the room is very outdated and heavily used).

We enjoyed breakfast and very friendly & helpful staff. I particularly enjoyed the spa and got a professional salt scrub for a reasonable cost.

I would have preferred that the spa pool was much warmer. The electric outlet covers popped off during the plugging/unplugging of our phones.
