Everything! - Quiet location, perfect for relaxing both indoors and outdoors - Very friendly staff. Sylvia suggested great places to visit and Pietro who took care of us during dinner - Varied freshly prepared breakfast and delicious dinner menu - Spacious clean rooms - Lounge areas/bar to unwind - Nice view from our room - Private parking Will definitely return! :)

A Tuscany dream! The best service you can ask for - so personal and attentive that it felt like a 6 star hotel. All the staff are so incredibly helpful and always have a Yes attitude towards customers. One of their staff Alberto managed to save our car with his incredible driving skills! Their restaurant is amazing too - we attended a barbecue dinner with live jazz band - a dream! Location is the best too - close to Florence, Chianti, Siena, San Giminango, Volterra so you don’t have to change hotel every day. You really can’t go wrong with this wonderful wonderful hotel!

Absolutely nothing!

Everything about the Sabolini was exceptional. The gardens, courtyard, restaurant were all amazing. The staff were so helpful, throughout the hotel, regardless of what you needed. The dog was very cute and we loved having a visit from him/her for a stroke. The pool area was perfect for a relaxing dip.

We were given an “Accessible” room that didn’t really work for us, but the staff were more than happy to move us into a suite which made our holiday.

It is a beautiful property, breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant area was bright and lovely! We had one dinner there which was good. Great Location with nice views of the Tuscan countryside. Our room was one of the smallest available but it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and very clean! Silvia at Reception was very helpful with recommendations on wineries and medieval towns to visit nearby...including a map! :)

Villa Sabolini is a beautiful Toscan Villa, tucked away between the vineyards and hilly countryside. Our room was big and comfy, beds as well, and had a great big bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they did their best to provide info on what to see, where to go, booked us dinner tables, made sure we were enjoying our stay. Breakfast is really amazing, huge choice and great coffee of course. We had a la cart dinner there and it was superb. They also have great choice of wines to accompany your meal. The gardens and pool area are great, one can sit there and just relax for few days. We would love to come back and would like to thank all the nice people there for their great hospitality.

beautiful villa with all the charm that you expect from a Tuscan countryside. The room that they gave us first was very old and the ac made a lot of noise and it was so bad that we couldn’t sleep overnight, however, when we told them the next day they moved us to a remodeled room which was very nice and quite :) good breakfast too!

A lot of mosquitoes and wasps all over the property made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor areas of the villa but I am not sure there is anything they can do about it.

Quiet and secluded, amazing pool and gardens. Rooms were large and comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious. Attention to detail with complimentary towels and flip flops for the pool

it was a little bit far from other areas. a car is necessary to get around (I would encourage this for rural Tuscany despite location if you’re planning to visit other towns)

Beautiful property in a great location that allows you to visit surrounding cities such as Siena and Sam Gimignano easily. Breakfast is great with a good variety of Italian and international food options. The service is excellent. We had dinner and/or drinks in the evenings and also enjoyed snacks at the pool that were always great. The pool area is very nice too. Our room had a good size and the whole property is very clean.

The property is in the middle of nowhere but we could drive to many cities. after a long cultural day trips to come to this place was a relief.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that we did not have anything to do when we decided to stay one day in the hotel. The swimming pool is small & it was full with people all the time. we wanted to go for a long walk & it was impossible.

The whole experience of staying at Villa Sabolini was perfect in every way and we will certainly return. The location, the Villa, our room, the restaurant and the food and last but not least the staff were excellent.

I cannot think of a single negative comment to make about Villa Sabolini which rare these days.
