Perfect location if arriving by train. 3 min walk from Chiasso station to accommodation. Easy walk 4 kms to Como or jump on train or bus for a euro both very frequent. Laundry very cheap just opposite and several good cafes and super market on your doorstep. Apartment was perfect, clean, everything supplied. Owners very helpful if you wanted anything you just had to ask. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Hospitality was wonderful. The owners were warm, friendly, and accommodating. It was clean with a shared bathroom, which wasn't an issue for me. Its location is approx 15mins to the lake by bus, easy to navigate and cheap. If you are just looking for a clean and tidy place for a couple of nights whilst in como away from the tourist bustle, it's great.

I loved the owner he was so kind! Was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. The bathroom and room were very clean. I was traveling alone as a women and I felt very safe. The price was unbeatable, I would stay again if I went back to Como!

Everything was super clean. It wasn't luxurious, but for the price it was more than great. Good place to stay if you're visiting Como or going to Switzerland. Train station is 5 min away and one station from centre of Como and about 30 mins from Lugano in Switzerland. Host was super nice.

Excellent location! Short walk to the train station so stayed there for a few nights, visited Lake Como and Milan so would recommend! Could hear the trains from the room but didn't notice them overnight at all!

The host is a superb guy - very helpful and kind. He set up 3 single beds for our 3 kids even though we booked only 2. Free parking and nice firm beds. Very nice building, quite even though it's right next to the railways.

Bathroom was private but separate from the room. The room was a bit small for the price we paid.

Joseph Confine exceptionally friendly and accommodating, made me feel welcome from the first moment to the last. Location few minutes walk from station. Apartment warm and comfortable during the rainy days I was around. New, modern fittings in room and bathroom. Bathroom spacious and well-cleaned. Quiet and peaceful in my room, despite the place being fully booked and near to railway.

I loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and willing to help. The room was big and comfy and clean. It was easy to get to Como and back. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved the location and the host. He was welcoming and helpful. We wanted to be close to the train station and easily be able to take the bus to town (which we did). Perfect place to stay for our needs.

The Host (Joseph) was very friendly and helpful, place was very clean, will stay at the same place when going back to Italy for sure.. Highly recommended ❤️🤩
