Simple but confortable small hotel, next to thw main station. Really short walk to the city center (<5min) and the lake (<10min). For 1-2 nights it has everything you need.

Room doors are not isolated, so you hear a lot of noise from other guests or starting at 7am the room cleaner.

The Front desk employee was unfriendly made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, we were a group of penshioners that are very able and independent,he made us feel like he was doing us a favour,yet we paid to stay there, and watched our every move for no apparent reason,he appeared to be one of those rude shifty Italians,accept for that,it is a good hotel

Every day cleaning, breakfast, heater in the bathroom is really good, croissant with pudding custard cream is awesome, close to train station and city center

Small mini bar that cannot be used as fridge. No cups and kettle - but they can provide upon request. Payment during check-out. Lack of furniture like table or chairs or bed side tables. We were lucky to have window faced no to the main street but even though there were a bit noisy, the exit door is opening both sides with your room card which is a bit annoying to use it twice to exit the building. A bit expensive but overall good experience

As somebody working in hotels for over ten years, I did enjoy my stay. I got what I expected and was very happy with my stay. So, if you are looking for a cheap and clean hotel with a terrific location, this might be it. It is two minutes to the train station, five minutes to the Cathedral or five minutes to the harbor. The breakfast selection was limited but fresh, tasty, and continuously refreshed. My special thank you goes to Martina, the lady at the front desk. She was always smiling, helpful and very courteous. When I come back to Como I will stay here.

Some minor repairs are really needed, especially in the single room. The double room I stayed in for the second night was in better shape. So, unless you are really on the budget go for the double room. Those few euros extra goes a long way.

Hotel is 2 min from Como st Giov train station and 10 min on foot to city centre. Best value for money place to stay in Como. 3 * for the property but 5* for the staff! I asked for a taxi to be arranged for a visit and the lady in charge was so supportive and happy, making several phone calls to get the best price and best service! If you need additional items just ask! Room is clean with linen at very good condition. Single room small but it is acceptable for one person. Doubles are bigger! WiFi strong and reliable enough to watch TV on your mobile device. Breakfast very nice including of everything you need for a nice start of the day. Supermarket very close less than 5 min 24/7! Recommended as a 3-star hotel!

The location was great, really close to the train station. Breakfast was fantastic, I loved it! The bedroom had all the necessary for a short stay, which was convenient for us. There was a mini fridge with drinks and some snacks as well in the bedroom, but we didn't purchase any of them. The towels were changed daily, and the room was impeccable.

The bedroom was smaller than expected, and we only got one room key, so if you wanted to leave the aircon on, you couldn't do it (maybe asking for a second key when arriving). When we came back to the bedroom, there was a bad smell from the pipes, but when you turned on the aircon, it went away.

The room was spacious and clean, nice sized bathroom too. The owner was lovely when checking in and each morning at breakfast. Coffee machine at breakfast was lovely with fresh croissants and fruit. Excellent location about 1km to the ferry area of lake Como and right by the train station. We would return!

Our room was on the side of the road so a little noisy at times. However, we could nearly see the train station from our room so excellent location to be close to the station.

The location is across the railway station and next to the city centre so it was perfect. The triple room provided was decent and clean. The bathroom was very spacious.

There should be a signboard leading to the hotel as the entrance is within a back alley of the main building. Google maps led us to the entrance but it was confusing as there were no clear signs other than the door. The staff was cranky.

The hotel is very close to the train station and 5min walk to the city centre. The staff was super kind. They let me leave my luggage at the hotel after check out. I loved the breakfast. The room size was good and it was very clean.

The hair dryer wasn’t very powerful, so I spend a lot of time drying my hair. Although there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe, I missed a thicker duvet. The matress coudl have been more comfy. A bit expensive.

Como is just a beautiful place and this hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the centre of the town and the lake. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was modern and spacious. I dont have much to complain.

The parking situation was a bit difficult. We thougt parking was included, but obviously it wasnt. We had to park our car in a garage. The room was nice, but the airconditioning stopped as we left the room with our keycard. As we came back in the evening, it was very hot in the room.
