There are two air conditioners, one for each room, so the apartment cools down quickly. The beds, including the pull-out sofa bed, are comfortable. There is a big TV with various streaming apps installed (Netflix, Prime, etc). The WiFi's good. The interior design is simple, but classy: no plastic flowers, no random Ikea decor. Bedclothes are free of charge (despite what the description says), but one has to pay for towels. As for the staff, they are kind and helpful. The location is also pretty good: it's a ten minute drive to the lake.

One has to pay for towels! The kitchenette is poorly equipped: doing the dishes after every single meal is a must, because the number of plates and cutlery sets matches the number of guests. One has to be careful with the induction stove: it heats things up very rapidly and to such a degree that one shouldn't place the heated tops on the counter/the plastic cutting board. That might cause damage. With the balcony door open, the street noise is a bit much. The ground floor apartments offer no lake view, but some of the upper floor probably do. Also, for some reason, one has to check-in in a different hotel.

The building is being renovated and the outside appearance may make you feel like you made a BAD choice, BUT, DON'T judge a hotel by its cover!!!!! The staff is great and once you walk to your apartment you will be glad you didn't leave!!!!The apartment is brand new and very clean. It was stacked with plates, flatware, clothing, stove, pillows, drying rack, pots, dish soap, etc. It is large enough for 4. Equipped with a. Double bed and a pull out bed for 2. There was also an exceptional view of Lake Garda from the balcony. Grocery store and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Car is needed.

Bed sheets and towels were not included. You had to either rent to sheets for 10e or towel and sheet for 15e or bring your own. At first, I was annoyed about having to purchase my sheets but considering the low price and the great accomodations and attention to details, it was a small price to pay for a hotel that made it easy to have a comfortable stay.

Loved the apartment, very clean, had everything necessary. 2 balconies, which was very nice. Good ac in living- and bedroom. Very good location, close enough to town center, nice restaurant one street behind. And supermarket close by. Beautiful view to the lake from balconies. We would have liked to stay longer.

The pool needs a makeover (but was lovely ) and the reception area. I know it will be fixed next time we come. A big minus that we could not bring our own drinks, it's expensive to buy all drinks from the bar.

There is air conditioning but you Cannot change the temperature it was always at 24 degrees. We came from Iceland so for us it was very hot outside and It would be nice to come back to hotel and get some cold air

Newly Renovated apartments so everything was clean. Good location only 5 min drive to garda town. Free safe parking. View of the lake to relax in balcony. Close to the main road and away from the lake traffic.

Swimming pool is not for small kids as it is flat deep.

The ground floor, dark, not enough windows. You need to bring toilet paper after the first role. Additional fees for sheets and towels. Next to busy road.

Nice, new, clean, well equipped with amazing view from the rooftop terrace that was part of the apartment. + Pool on-site.

25 minutes (with 10 years old) walking distance from the centre.

Treated very well, great service, and a very lovely lady looked after all our needs
