The property was in a beautiful location with amazing views. The hotel was very clean and had a large pool. The terrace area was lovely. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The shuttle bus service enabled easy access to the town although the last bus coming back could have been a little later.

The only thing I would fault about this property was the breakfast slots. They were every hour rather then half hour. The 9.30 slot felt very rushed and the staff were more concerned about getting the tables ready for lunch then the guests having a relaxing breakfast. IParts of the restaurant were not accessible as the tables were being prepared for lunch.

Limited breakfast Rude staff - made to feel you were not welcome in reception and dining room Too many rules!! It’s Rules rules rules ! You can’t do this - put this here - don’t go there etc but they don’t tell you then tell you off afterwards in a rude manner It’s like a holiday camp. They need to relax a little and smile more

The property had good location, it was clean, the outside pool was very nice and also property around resort. I also like the option of transfer from property to city centre. We also like our room which was quite big but nothing special.

Inner pool was closed for children-only happy hour which you need to pay, the outside pool closed at 8. The food in resort was poor for country with very good food. The staff was or very polite or feed up of guests.

The pool was lovely and the room was spacious and comfy. Very comfy beds. Staff were friendly, in particular Fabio and the drivers of the shuttle buses into Garda. Breakfast was tasty. The view of the lake was great and it was very peaceful.

The shuttle bus doesn't run for a large period of time in the day which was inconvenient. Also you have to queue for it both ways, up and down, which was frustrating. A bigger bus or more buses would be better. We did end up paying for taxis a lot. The music at the pools was a bit too loud and frantic at points, and some days they just repeated the same music which was annoying. The baths are very narrow which makes them a little trickier to shower in.

Beautiful setting up on the hills above Garda, with views down to the lake. Lovey big swimming pool and nice tennis courts and golf facilities.

If you like to eat late, dinner feels rushed, as the restaurant is closed at 9.30pm and you are ushered out! The gym and games room are pretty old with ageing/broken machines.

Resort was very beautiful. It had everything for entertainment. After dinner piano and live music was great. It was clean and in beautiful nature.

Unfortunately the dinner food was trying to be fancy and it lacked in any taste. Some of the dishes we could not even swallow. We had to choose from the a la carte menu. No buffet. Only on Saturday’s. And the only food that was digestible was children’s menu. So at the end we all had children’s food. Think twice before purchasing dinners. Maybe just eat at restaurants.

we love the facilities- tennis, pool, spa and gym. spa is very clean and well maintained. we love Nick in the gym who taught us yoga.

food isn’t great. would be great to have a good variety of food especially for breakfast, too much carbohydrates for lunch and dinner could be more extravagant.

the excellent pool, the bar by the pool good prices , great views at breakfast and at the bar seating area outside. fantastic pasta !

the rude housekeeping lady, just plain rude as there were no spy holes on the door which is another dislike she didn’t like me questioning who was knocking on the door it seems

Good location of the hotel with a wonderful view. The pool is amazing, you can always find a place on the sunbeds.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Breakfast was the same all day, that's not good.

very nice staff. great facilities- we used the pool and rented the bikes, which are not great, but available.

rooms are a little sparse but you’re not in there very long.
