Very romantic room. The hotel is located in the middle of the town, in front of Garda Lake where there are many bars, restaurants and shops on the edge of the lake. Breakfast is great, staff are very friendly. I'd like to use this opportunity to say thank you so much to the manager of the hotel as after I left the hotel, I found that I forgot to take my money out of the safe box. 24 hours later, I called the hotel back and begged them to find out for me if my money was still there, and the manager ensured me that if I really leave the money in the safe, it will definitely be there. 15 minutes after the phone call, he called me back to let me know that the money was still in the safe. I couldn't say thank you enough to their honesty and helpfulness.

it was very noisy - be prepared to hear live music from outside. I also had noisy people in other rooms and there is no soundproofing. I was only here for one night and got very little sleep which was a shame.

Too short a visit!

Style, elegance, fine dining and all set in a beautiful location this hotel has redefined chic. Managed by a young stylish couple who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful to make our holiday a success. They were super helpful with logistics (taxis, advice etc) and created a wonderful atmosphere of charm and warmth where the staff were at the top of their game offering a wonderfully friendly yet calm efficient service. The cooking and dining experience was excellent. The breakfast was superb, offering a nice choice of buffet meats, cheeses, yogurts together with prepared (omelette, scrambled…) all beautifully fresh and served in style. The evening meals were of the highest quality providing that true fine dining experience in a beautiful setting next to the lake. The hotel is the first hotel of a number of small waterfront hotels restaurants and conveniently located close to where the boats depart/arrive. The vibe in the evening is again superb with that nice blend of restaurants/bars and people promenading along the lake frontage. The rooms were faultless, decorated with an Italian elegance and individuality that made them unique and stylish - and of course spotless. Rooms to the front offer excellent views of the lake and well glazed to cut out the evening vibe of busy restaurants should you wish this.

A beautiful hotel, situated in a fantastic position, on the end of the main Garda promenade. The rooms was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and nice, and breakfast was wonderful. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we come back to Garda, Thank you for making our mini-break in Garda so lovely. Liked the size of the hotel, the perfect location, the views, the food, the staff...everything was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and if I'm ever back in the region, I'd stay here againl

Staff could be a bit more helpful/knowledgable about the ferry schedules and how to get to other destinations on the lake from the hotel. It was a bit confusing for a visitor to try to make sense of the ferry schedule.

Perfect in every way. Fabulous huge and comfortable rooms. Great spread for breakfast.The cuisine at the restaurant is as good as the best anywhere with service to match. While every dish was amazing do not miss the Tiramisu! Location in such a lively part of Garda and exactly opposite the ferry point. Excellent hospitality, very professional staff. Management went over and beyond offering a personal touch to the guests. We cannot wait to be back. Entire experience was a true delight!!

Location and friendly service Location right at the water front was perfect and very convenient for the ferry terminal. Our host was always happy to help with any requests we put to them. Large room and large bathroom When Booking.com twice let us down with our Airport transfers, the host, kindly stepped in and arranged independent taxi transfers for us. This cost us 30 euros more each way but was much more reliable service than Booking.com. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Breakfast choice was limited, despite being tasty enough. Espresso machine in room was a waste of time for us Brits. Would much prefer a kettle so that we could make our own tea or coffee. Two twin beds pushed together was not ideal, although comfortable in their own right.

Lovely Boutique hotel in Italian style and lovely staff. The location of this hotel is really good - so closed to the harbour and downtown. The view from our room was wonderful, looked right at a red castle and the harbour. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was good. Next time in Garda I would book this hotel, but I would book a room with the big terrace at the second floor :)

Right above the hotel is a road and therefore some traffic sounds.

Fantastic hotel in a great location by the lake, breakfast was served outside by the lakeside which is a lovely touch. Staff very friendly and eager to make sure your stay is amazing. Easy access to the main centre of Garda and ferry port opposite the hotel. We had an amazing meal the first evening, food in hotel was excellent, overall would fully recommend this hotel

No parking but car park is only a 100 yards away - 20 Euro per night
