Location is perfect- close enough to the action of Garda without being loud! The rooftop bar, restaurant and pool are just amazing. This is a very good hotel with well-equipped rooms and facilities. Hotel staff really helpful and happy to assist you with any plans/directions. The breakfast was typically European, plenty of choice and Cava for those fancying an early fizz which was a lovely touch! There was also a refreshment area open 24/7 just to the left of reception that had cold water, detox juice, biscuits, tea and coffee which was always welcomed after being out and about in the heat!

Nothing- we really enjoyed everything about our stay.

Rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with everything that you may need (including bathrobes, slippers and pool towels). Breakfast and dinner were very good too with enough options and prepared with local ingredients. Staff was very informative, welcoming, kind and professional. Location of the hotel is close to the lake and all the locations that may be interesting to tourists.

Parking was 550 m away (and charged 7 € per day) because their garage was fully booked at the time we stayed at the hotel so keep that in mind if you come with a lot of baggage. Besides the outdoor pool, hotel doesn’t have any wellness or spa area.

The location was excellent and the staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooftop terrace, pool and food were great and the rooms were modern and clean.

There wasn’t anything about the property that we didn’t like it was all lovely. If I was going to be super critical I would say that the choice of food at breakfast was quite limited and 1 morning they had run out of bread but it didn’t distract from our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Modern, clean, location of this hotel. Was a bit of challenge walking from bus station so get good directions. Easy when you know the way. Quick stroll to city center and ferry dock. Rooftop pool and deck area amazing and relaxing. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good with variety and nice service.

We had a very nice 5 day stay and did eat dinner at the hotel 3 nights due to convenience and rain. Was not happy with meals as they seemed flavorless and not a good value.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff (who arranged a taxi for us to a different airport after our flight was cancelled!). Excellent breakfast with a whole variety of foods, very much a 4-star hotel experience. Pool was small but can still get a good swim in, and has a wonderful view. Room has Bluetooth speaker built-in that can also play the same music as the rest of the hotel. Internet was okay throughout the whole hotel, but very fast up at the pool and bar area.

Not much, to be honest!

The rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard and are very modern, clean and comfortable. The sky pool and bar have a great view of the town and lake and the hotel is located very close to all the restaurants and shops in Garda. An ideal place for families and couples looking to explore. The receptionist was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We didn't see many efforts by the hotel to be eco-friendly, bedding was changed every day without us asking.

Location was very good, less than a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Room was newly refurbished and very comfortable. It was cleaned & linen replaced every day by house keeping staff usually while we were at breakfast

Car park is extremely tight but this is to be expected in such a central location. It is safe and secure - just take extreme care when turning around corners and reversing

Lovely hotel in an ideal location, very short walk to the main restaurants and shops, as well as the ferry port. The receptionist was able to give us several recommendations of trips and things to see locally. Pool area was very relaxing with a gorgeous view over the lake, staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and there was a really nice terrace to sit out on under the trees in the morning.

Parking was an additional charge of 10 Euros/night

Great location with a lovely view from the roof top. Very clean. Good breakfast. Hotel bar exceptionally reasonable.

Toiletries could have been topped up more. Shower slow to drain which did flood the bathroom with a prolonged shower.

The rooftop area, including the sky pool, sun loungers, restaurant, bar and table service, the view. The breakfasts were excellent. The rooms and balconies were room and excellent. The staff were friendly and very efficient.

The room (at the rear of the hotel) had a nice balcony, but the view was not so good - just another building being constructed.
