Sara, our host provided a lovely breakfast, which included a selection of her homemade pastries.

Nothing can improve on the hospitality received at this establishment.

Cannot have enough positive things to say about our stay. Sara and her husband were amazing the minute we arrived on the property. What great people they both are. We had an early check out the following morning and Sara even arranged “to-go” breakfast bags for us and left us a beautiful note. Perfect way to end our honeymoon. On top of that, my husband left his wedding ring at the room and Sara’s husband drove to the airport to bring it to him. 20/10 service, could not have asked for a better service! As for the property itself, so clean and even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Grazie mille Sara for ending our trip to Italy on a high note!

The B&B is very new and clean. All the little details are amazing (all toiletries you need, coffee machine in the room, etc). The hosts are super friendly and the breakfast was exceptional! We had a very good night's sleep and a superb breakfast. Guests can arrange an airport shuffle if you need one.

- the B&B is quite far from the seaside if you are coming for holidays but close to the airport which is perfect if your flight is very early in the morning.

Roberto & Sara were the best hosts, wonderful breakfast served every morning with many home made items. All facilities very clean with personal touches. They were willing to help with anything we needed, so helpful, friendly & caring. We loved our stay. Very close to the airport with good shuttle service (currently 8 euros per person)

Sara and Roberto were very friendly when I got to the B&B. The property was very nice. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and all the little details made it so special. Sara made a cookie for treat with the espresso that was in the bedroom. It had bottles of water and I could see how much love and care she puts in everything. This morning I had the breakfast and it was the best. She makes everything from scratch. The cakes, tart and croissant were to die for. It had fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and other things. She makes the cappuccino as you order. So good! She gave me and the other couple who was a there a ride to the airport for very reasonable price. Well, I highly recommend this B&B. Sara’s energy and smile made me feel very welcome. Thank you! Thank you!!!!!

The host's were very friendly. It was very clean and tidy. Anything we needed help with such as locations of train station or modes of transport or resturants the hosts were very helpful with information.

There wasnt anything i disliked. I thought that it was a private residence but it was shared.when we stayed there we were the only ones there though. i might have read the description of the room incorrectly or not well enough.

very clean and beautiful apartment in a quite area. The hosts were super friendly and provided such a huge and yummy breakfast, everything was homemade. It seems very close to the airport but in the end the only comfortable way to get there is by taxi or shuttle which can be booked through Sara at a fair price.

The flexibility towards flight schedules is very limited, since the check in is only possible until 6 p.m. and planes arrive 24/7 and it’s an apartment close to the airport so basically just for people who arrive to or leave Rome. In our case my friend arrived very late and just because I was already there and checked in before 6 p.m. we could stay there.

The hosts took trouble in ordering rides for us, from and to the airport, and received us warmly at the door. We had to leave early for the airport. Breakfast was nicely packed, which helped us a lot on a busy day.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The location was great! I booked here because I wanted to be closer to the airport, but I didn't know I would be so close to the beaches and resort town! The hosts (Sara and her husband) were fantastic! The site is clean, fresh, excellent AC, and delicious food (Sara could be a chef/Pastiera baker!). Bathrooms were clean updated and spacious. Wifi was super. Loved being able to put my toes in the Mediterranean Sea! And wonderful restaurants too

Sara and her husband were so kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There were gorgeous roses on the table for us in the morning, ripe strawberries, and fresh picked loquats. Sara is an amazing baker and made a beautiful, gluten free carrot and almond torte from scratch! She also baked a vegan chocolate cake that was light, moist, and like a cloud! The room was exceptionally clean and I slept well. It was very quiet. Excellent value and efficient shuttle service near FCO. When in Fiumicino, stay at B&B Monday!
