Eliana was wonderful! She was so helpful. She was very clear with her instructions on how to get around and about the accomodations of the B&B. Although we were only a 6 min drive from the airport, we were nervous about getting there on time for a very early flight at 6:30am. She arranged a driver to pick us up at 4am and he was not only on time, but early. She made us an excellent dinner on our last night and she was so warm, welcoming and hospitable. It was like staying with a family member. I would highly recommend this B&B.

The only thing that could use a bit of improvement might be the mattresses in the room. They were a bit saggy and/or lumpy.

Eliana is so warm and welcoming. The B&B is a nice place to relax and wind down from travels. It is off the Tram so easy access to sights in Florence, Santa Novella train and airport. It's located in a neighborhood area so quieter and away from all the tours in center. She has a wonderful breakfast andnalso offers dinner (for additional fees). I was traveling Italy for work and flew in/out of Florence. Earlier in my trip I stayed in Santo Spirito area to explore city a few days. On my return I picked Eliana's spot because it was to stops from the Florence airport. If I would have realized how easy it was to get two sites from her place and how quiet I would have booked the earlier part of my trip here . FYI the Florence airport is so easy to check in. I'm from the States and you need to give yourself plenty of time. I was fine for an international flight giving myself two and a half hours... Love Florence, people, sights and food!

Eliana was extremely warm and friendly and willing to help and give tourist suggestions. The room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was possible next door in an enclosed space for a small daily fee. Eliana sorted this for us. Eliana was kind enough to suggest my partner tale up breakfast to my room when I overslept after a busy day so I didnt miss it. She also waited up for us when we arrived quite late. Air con was fab shower was great. Mini fridge was a nice touch and toileteries. Breakfast was lovely and generous.

There was some noise at night coming from a party venue next door. It was not unbearable though and did settle around 1am. The room was slightly on the small side for those with large luggage or for longer stays.

Host, location, host, comfortable room, host! We had a wonderful 3 nights in Florence with Eliana as our host. While the room is basic, but comfortable our stay was a delight - we enjoyed Eliana’s cooking in the evenings and mornings, and conversations with her and her husband. The location is steps away from the 15 minute tram into Florence (which also connects to the airport) which made it a haven away from the crowds (even in mid May) in Florence. Eliana also provided secure parking close by. However, there is not much in the way of cafes, bars or restaurants in the immediate area.

We chose B & B Eliana because of its proximity to the airport and an early morning flight. It takes about 10 min to get to the airport by tram, or if you're like us and have a lot of bags, an affordable shuttle can be arranged. We also had a tasty home cooked meal in the garden, and Eliana packed us a breakfast to go for the morning due to the early time of our departure. Communication with Eliana was excellent from the time of booking to saying goodnight before we left. Overall this stay was exactly what we were looking for. I only wish I realized how easy it was to take the tram into Florence, we would have arrived earlier and spent the day exploring.

We have no big complaints. The bathroom is not large, which may be an issue for some people. Our room also faced the tram tracks, but it didn't bother us since we had the windows closed and air conditioning on.

The location is ideal for those who want to stay near the Peretola airport, only a 10 minute drive. It is not clear the property is a B and B, but once you get in it is clear that it is a small but well-run establishment. The room and bathroom facilities were spotless and comfortable. The owner and host Eliana was very cordial and helpful. As I was traveling under pressure, I failed to note that I needed to reserve a lunch for the day I arrived. Eliana was more than accommodating, preparing me a great homemade lunch of tagliatelle with sugo, wine, water, bread, a delicious fresh salad, all in abundance, in a very sweet and small garden right next to the property. She was so kind as to help me with my heavy luggage as well as arrange for a driver for me at 3:45 am for a 6 am flight. Moreover, as I was confused as to how to let myself out, out of which locked door, early in the am, I had to call her, and she very graciously came to show me how to get out. I was very grateful for her kind and warm attention to me. I hope I get a chance to return!

A great choice. Simple rooms, but spacious (including spacious bathrooms), clean, convenient, decorated with many loving touches (and really nice bed linens!). And Eleana is GREAT and truly loves being a host. (She's also a terrific cook, so if she asks if you would like her to prepare dinner for you (NOT included in room rate), say "Yes!.") Only a 90 sec. walk from the T2 tram stop – on one end is the airport terminal building, the other end is the main railway station in central Florence. Eleana's place is great (1) if you have an early flight - as we did – or arrive late; (2) you have only two nights in Florence – don't go to all the effort of moving into central Florence just to have to turn around two mornings later; and (3) if you have a longer job assignment that's anywhere along the T2 tram line or something at the nearby university, Eleana's would make a perfect home-away-from-home in Florence.

Eliana is a great host.- the best! Very joyfully and accommodating. Good Italian breakfast. Upon request, Eliana will make scrambled eggs. Her B&B, in north Florence, is right next to Tram 2 and a 15-minute ride into city center. Airport is 2 tram stops away. We arrived via rental car. Eliana was waiting for us at small pull off across from B&B. Helped us with our luggage Upon arrival and departure. Warm send off. Really enjoyed our stay in Florence, Staying with Elliana made it extra special! 😀

We loved the outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy some wine on our last night in Italy after 2 weeks of traveling. Eliana was an excellent host. She scheduled a time that worked for us for breakfast the next morning. We woke up to fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, cheese & meats, pastries, and wonderful coffee. We were just about 10 minutes from the airport, so there was no stress about getting stuck in traffic! One of my favorite accommodations!

The location was a bit hard to find after taking the tram and getting off a couple of blocks away. Eliana was so helpful; she came out to the sidewalk to find us and help with our luggage.

Eliana was a wonderful hostess. Outgoing and friendly, she catered to our every wish. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and she made our optional dinners (extra charge but reasonable, large and tasty) from scratch. We had booked because of close proximity to airport and ability to use the T2 tram for getting around Florence (we didn't rent a car). Only one block from the second tram stop from airport, location was very convenient and while adjacent to the the tracks, quiet rooms. As a bonus, Eliana generously offered to drive us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Grazie Eliana.
