It was wonderful after a long day to come back to an immaculate clean room, that was awesome. Once you get the hang of the parking and transportation, it’s really easy to get right downtown but stay in a location with residential prices. 1 tram in front gets you there (downtown) in a straight shot. Plus, great supermarket across the street, was handy. Staff were pleasant.
Breakfast was ok, same thing every day and wish it had fruit or a selection. The coffee was pretty rough but next door (opens at 6:30) has coffee for a euro with upbeat staff. Breakfast does the trick, though, just the same each morning.

I was a little sceptical about the hotel first based on the feedbacks previous guests had left. But I was so wrong. The hotel was exceptional, 10/10. Firstly it was very easy to find, 1 min walk from the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us very detailed information and a city map. Then came the room. It was very spacious, clean, with private bathroom (something rare in Italy) and with all the necessary facilities. There was warm water all the time. We didn’t have to turn on the AC as the room had the perfect temperature, not too warm, not too cold. We had a great sleep. Then came the breakfast. The comments said that it wasn’t enough, but we found it to be plenty. You had a variety of choices, from toasts, to eggs, to butter and jelly sandwiches, to different croissants and different drinks (coffees, milk, juices). We didn’t want to leave the hotel. I definitely recommend it, and i would gladly return to it.
Everything was great

I absolutely recommend this place. The room was big, clean, nice, warm and very decent. It had a heater, air conditioner if you want and a nice shower. The location is great, there’s a supermarket across the street if you want to buy something to eat. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and he was always checking up on us even before we arrived at Florence. He answered fast the calls and the questions by the app. He shared with us a water heater and utensils to make ourselves some coffee. The breakfast was included and delicious (there was a variety of food). They made our stay very comfortable
I have no complains about the place

👍🏼The location was very good: 2 min walking to the tram station, market right across the street. 👍🏼The room was clean. 👍🏼We had breakfast included everyday, which was a very good deal for the price we paid for the room. Also it was a real time saver for us. The food was good: bread, ham, butter, cheese, eggs, yogurt, cereal, croissants etc. 👍🏼The personnel was very friendly!
👎🏼Although we found it weird that the blanket was in the wardrobe, but there was no blanket case for it, so we had to use it that way. 👎🏼The shower had no adjustable shower head! The water was just pouring out of the ceiling. Imagine how "funny" it was to take a shower without getting my hair wet (I wasn't washing my hair everyday, but showers I do take everyday, so that was a bit uncomfortable).

- Directly in the tram line, 4 stops from the airport and just a couple more from the center. - We could leave the luggage after the check-out for a few hours free of charge. - There’s a big supermarket just in front of it. - Room had private bathroom. - The price was absolutely outstanding for the Florence standards.
Just being very picky… - The room was small, and the sink didn’t let the water go through. - Breakfast could have had some more healthy items, such as plain oats (instead of the offered sugary version), nuts, chia seeds and more types of fruits.

breakfasts every morning were excellent. there were a couple pastries and a variety of croissants that were delicious and the made to order cappuccinos and espressos were on point. I’d say for a quick hotel breakfast, this one had the most TLC I’ve ever experienced. rooms were clean and quiet, and house keeping was by every day to ensure they stayed that way. front desk staff was super helpful and accommodating. the one front desk associate actually lent us her personal umbrella so we could go out one evening! just all around great people running that establishment. I’d stay there again.
it was a little off the beaten path for Florence. I’d say it was about a 1.5-2 mile or so walk. it didn’t bother us so much but, if you’re not keen on waking to the main square of Florence every day, you may want to stay closer. if walking/ exploring doesn’t bother you, I say this is a great place.

Nice hotel, we liked everything. Clean and nice to be there. At the reception staff ready to help. Tasty breakfasts. Nearby is a very big supermarket.
The only cheap and fast way to get to the city center is to take the T2 tram. This streetcar is where we started every day in Florence :)) And it's always full of people with luggage and crowded because it goes to the train station. Not that this is a disadvantage for the hotel, but maybe it will be useful for someone to know :).

staff of the Hotel Paganini was an assett, everybody was going out of their way to make the utmost possible, creating a familiar atmosphere. We were allowed an early check in at 10:00 without extra cost, were welcome very friendly and invited to free coffee upon arrival tired from a trip on the night train. The booking said no breakfast, but there was a choice of minimal "Italian breakfast", good pastry. As much wonderful Italian coffee as you could drink, though! We had many friendly chats and positive interactions with the staff, received tips about local restaurants etc. When we went to pick up our bags in the evening we were offered a fairwell coffee again and bottled water for the trip home. The hotel is just next to a lrage super market and a tram station for getting qucikly and cheaply into the city center, main train station or the airport.
One day we shared the hotel with a group of youngsters who were extremely noisy slamming doors and shouting for hours in the evening, at night and in the morning again, this was annoying as I was on a work trip trying to get some work done. Staff did not really manage to get this under control.

Italian-style breakfast was a nice, unexpected bonus. Once we learned how easy it was to use the tram a block from the hotel, we appreciated the hotel's location a lot more. Reception staff very helpful with helping to orient us to the places to see and with finding an English channel on the TV.
There were many, many scuff marks on the walls; room could have used a coat of paint. Also, upon looking up at the vent above the table in our room, it was evident that it had not been vacuumed and cleaned in a long time. This was rather unpleasant.

Good wheelchair access, although the lift to the hotel is on the small side. Pretty quiet despite sitting just off a busy main road, opposite a big supermarket, and a minute from a tram station going straight into the city centre (10min). Good breakfast, proper coffee. Friendly staff. Decent size disabled room, well looked after amenities. Super clean. Good heating in December.
Small lift: just big enough for a wheelchair and a super thin carer, but without suitcases. In the disabled room, the actual toilet is super high, and the shower could benefit from being totally step-free like a walk-in shower.
