Small and nice B&B very close to the old city of Florence. The tram station is 2 min away and you can reach all the tourist spots in less than 20 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. There was no sign of mold in the room or bathroom, and no particular smell as other comments suggested. We were quite anxious about that but it was OK. The AC was working and that was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems at all.

The sink in the room had a crack and the shower is a bit old and would be nice if they changed it. However it was clean and that is what matters the most.

I was a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews but honestly there was nothing wrong with this place. Yes it’s not the Ritz and the room we stayed was basic but it was clean,quiet with a comfortable bed. We didn’t have any issues with the staff or mosquitoes. The breakfast again was basic but the location was brilliant and I think it was very good value for money in such a good location including breakfast. I’d stay again.

Maybe a kettle in the room would be perfect and I think the room would be a bit smarter if they changed the laminate flooring which is looking a bit shabby but happy with the stay.

Fantastic location just steps (one minute walk or so) from Tram Line 1 Leopoldo stop. Host was helpful, responsive and professional. The breakfast offerings seemed better than what I've read other people mention in reviews at other establishments. I believe breakfast is offered from 8 or 8:30 to 10am. The bed was very comfortable! I would absolutely return to stay here

Very old fashioned room keys are a little difficult to operate quickly. In nice weather I'd like to have kept the windows open, but the screen had some damage which would let insects fly in - overall these are very minor concerns at an establishment offering great value

As a solo female traveller I felt very welcomed and safe. The building is very secure and staff have excellent communication. The tram ride from Santa Maria Novella was literally door to door and only 10 mins. The area of accommodation has an excellent supermarket, cafe and restaurant just around the corner. Yes there are 2 flights of stairs to walk up, but you’re in Florence..

We had an amazing experience during our stay at the hotel. It is about 25 minutes away from Duomo, in a quite place, away from the noisy streets of the crowded center. The room was clean, quite, with typical italian furniture. The host lady was very polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was abundant with salty and sweet foods, everything was delicous and of high quality. The host let us keep in the hotel the lugage even after the checkout. We had the chance to enjoy Firenze all day long and could take our stuff in the afternoon. Highly recomended place 🙂

Comfortable bed. The private bathroom was big. Air-conditioned room. Close to tram. Good breakfast, and thank you for preparing me a coffee in the morning.

Please note that there is no elevator. I did not need it, but I helped a couple of people with many luggage. You need a 15-minute walk to the centre. If tired, use a tram.

Comfortable bed, great amenities, AC in the room, very kind and helpful host. Close to city centre (4 stops), tram station is nearby to the B&B.

The drainage in the bathroom should be fixed, and also the door of our room made a noise while opening/closing

We are very satisfied and highly recommended this property. We were well instructed for the check in, the accommodation is comfortable, clean, quiet and nice that there is very good air conditioner. A large bathroom was near our room and room has a lovely balcony. The big bonus for this price was the breakfast, nicely served in the cozy dining room.

the bed turned out to be short for sleeper of 180 cm, it would be nice to add length to the bed. The wall by the table would be nice to make more pleasant

Very clean. Really nice breakfast selection. Let us store our luggage for free at beginning and end of stay.. Well equiped room with nice large couch.

Two flights of stairs to climb with suitcases. Terrible pillows. Rainfall shower head leaked from connection so didn't function and the smaller shower head wasn't height adjustable, the pressure was good. The shower grout was mouldy.. Aircon didn't seem to cool very effectively. Wifi was flaky.

Debora is an excellent host and tries her best to please you. She was very accommodating when we asked to leave our suitcases in the accommodation after checking out. To reach the city centre, you can take the Tram, just next to the B&B, or take a 40-minute stroll. We had a pleasant stay and would only recommend having eggs for breakfast.
