Nice B&B with modern rooms and a kitchen. The room was quite, nice and clean. We've go a bathroom inside the room. In the kitchen was served breakfast - rich and delicious. There is a frige, coffee machine and everything what you need to cook. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Good contact on WhatsApp with host. She sent a video how to ckeck-in. The location is good, not so far to the Florence cathedral and close to the railway station - Firenze Santa Maria Novella.

The quality of the furniture would be better. In the bathroom there was no bidet. In the shower should be a soap shelf. The garden is very small - for smokers. There is no shops and only one restaurant near the B&B. It is a little far to the bus stop.

The apartment is 15 minutes away from the train station and has good connections to public city transport, which makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the city. The room with a private bathroom outside the room was clean and comfortable. The self-service breakfast was diverse and tasty. The host Francesca is exceptionally kind, caring, always available, and flexible throughout the entire stay. On top of everything, she was always smiling, which made our stay in Florence even more delightful.

We stayed on room Florentia and it was so lovely and cute and up to standards. Not too much sound from the street outside, private bathroom with big shower, good enough space for luggage (only stayed a few days so we kept most of our clothes in our suitcases on the floor). The kontinental breakfast was perfect with different options like ham/cheese, different sweets, loaf, crossaint, yoghurt, coffiemachine and homemade sweet redorange juice. The location is a 20-25 min walk from the city center, but its easy to find a bus into town and the bussstops are near by (the busses didnt always show ut at the given time, so be a head of time). BUT most of all we loved our host Francesca! She sent us messages before our our stay with information on how to find the hotel, parking options, check in instructions (video/text), places of interest like resturans, museums, bars, supermarkeds (with opening ours). We didnt see her much during our stay, mostly because we are late sleepers (i think she moved the breakfast time to last until 11 because she knew that, so very grateful). She left litle personal notes at breakfast for us and when we finally got to meet her she was just as lovely in person. The property was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The host was very warm and helpful.

It is a 16-20 mins walk to the train station. The nightstand drawer that was hanging on the wall fell off next morning I stayed. Glasses from the lamp were scattered on the floor. Luckily my phone and watch that I placed on the stand were not damaged. Although it was cleaned I still find small pieces of glasses on the floor one day later. I regret that I didn’t take a pair of slippers with me for this reason.

Amazing. Location. Great host. Francesca is the most sweetest host I have never met. She really cares. She makes you feel home. I know that now I have home in Florence. Bed was very comfy the pillows as well. I slept like a baby. In the morning, fantastic breakfast with extra creamy cappuccino. ))) I'm looking forward to coming back.

Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake booking a room with an external bathroom. Next time, I will make sure I get a room with the inside bathroom.

This has been one of, if not the most, outstanding places where we've stayed. It's really cozy, tastefully-decorated, the beds are so comfortable and the place is within a walking distance from the city centre and the train station. Francesca goes the extra mile to make sure her guests feel like home - top quality breakfast with some typical Italian recipes, detailed recommendations about where to go and eat, luggage deposit and always a big smile on her face. If we ever come back to the city we know for sure where to stay. Florence is said to give its visitors the Stendhal syndrome because of all the beauty the city has to offer; without a doubt, this cute b&b is surely part of that charm.

Just the fact that we just spent two days there haha. Honestly, this is your best choice, just book it!

The room was really cosy and felt like visiting old cousin. Francesca is a true star. She allowed us to use washing maschine. We could use fridge to store our medicine (insuline) and small gloceries.

Not a big range of restaurants nearby. We had to take 10-15 minutes walk. It's not far but we were used to have restaurants just outside accommodation.

The staff were super friendly, the location was good, breakfast was diverse. Would definitely stay again when in Florence.

The fact that the bathroom is outside but it was already stated in the description and most of the places in Italy are like this. But the bathroom was very clean, there were towels, shower gel and shampoo and it was private.

Francesca is the best host ever ! So helpful and so thoughtful ! The flat was so clean and in a nice and safe neighborhood. The breakfast was amazing and the room was perfect. I highly recommend ! We liked everything, the room was clean and comfortable. The concept of the place was interesting, there were 4-5 rooms and common kitchen, which was really good equipped, felt very cozy. But the main is the host Francesca! She is so kind , positive and helpful, it’s visible that she likes what she is doing . If you are looking for a place with friendly atmosphere you should definitely come to this hotel
