The place is in a quiet neighborhood somewhat 15 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. There is a tram station nearby. The owner sent us door codes to enter, left the keys on the table and the envelope for us to put the tourist tax in. We didn't even meet and we never really needed to. The room itself was one of 6 with a shared bathroom. Rather spacious, bright, smelled good, with a big soft bed to rest sore tourist bodies. There was a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine for general use. Totally recommend

Convenient location - close to the train station and not far from the train station. The tram has a stop near the property. Very clean, the staff cleans the room every day and makes up the bed. We had tea, coffee and mineral water every day.

The room was a bit smaller than our expectations but it was good enough for two people.

Good location and clean room. Comfortable stay for 2 persons with private toilet. There are also coffee capsules for morning fix. There is no elevator, for small luggages it's still fine, otherwise you need to be really strong to carry the luggages through stairs. Overall, we had a great stay.

Accommodation is close to tram station and only 2/3 stops to arrive train station or city centre. The room is tidy, clean and quiet ( in residential area ). Staff is friendly as well.

Upstairs neighbor was terrible. She was walking with her high heels late and early in the day. İt was annoying.

Fast and easy check in. Good location - not too far from the Center. Friendly host, comfy bed.

The room was a little too small for me. The biggest problems for me where that the shower space was also very very small - hardly fits a medium sized person. The AC in the room was broken, which means that staying in the room during the day was almost impossible and we had difficulties with locking the room. The key didnt fit in very well, so we had to wiggle it a bit to lock/unlock the door.

Really close to the station which is a huge plus. Also close to the city center with the tram. The room was very clean and modern!

No staff. A couple that arrived after us could not get into their room cause they did not get any codes. A bit noisy but to be expected of italians old buildings. You can hear what your neighbours are doing. For the price its still worth it i think.

Air conditioning was good. Comfortable bed. Very easy to check-in.

Could have provided shampoo and conditioner. Coffee and tea provided but no milk. No light in the bathroom.

The location was perfect being right next to a tram stop taking you in and out of town with ease! The room was spacious and the bathroom very nice!

Really can’t fault it but if I had to then it would be at night the stairway is in darkness and so is the hall when you enter the apartment through to your room. I had to use my torch but it wasn’t a massive deal just a minor inconvenience

Cozy room with shared bathroom. Nobody bothered us. Everything was very clean. They served us cups and coffee capsules on the table - it was nice.

I would like to have a microwave for warming ready-made food.
