The hotel is absolutely new, stylish and modern. It was 100% remodeled in November of 2022. Breakfast spread is the best we have ever seen in Italy, an amazing selection of meats, fruit, juices, green salad, pastries, and many other options for only $10. Free sauna and hot tub till 7pm, teas, coffee, water in the room, fancy bathroom and shower, beautiful decorated and in the great location, only few minutes from main area but also located on the quiet street. Any requests have been answered by hotel personnel.

We didn't know that the pool was only seasonal, and that we had to pay a fee for a gym to use it.

My experience in this Hotel was amazing. I was soo exciting and happy in my stay. the Hotel is new . closed to train station and inside city center , and close to everything. 1- Reception staff are very kind, respectful, quick response. 2- Kitchen staff was so amazing people and so friendly, welcoming, highly and quick service. 3 - The room facilities: everything is new , comfortable, very clean, high technology, a lot of things inside room for free. no need to think that they miss something. everything perfect. 4- Washing machine so clean, new , easy to guest to use it. also all the stuff are ready to help you. 5- Breakfast, very delicious, many varieties, highly quantity, the stuff like working like Bees. highly service, elegant and gentle. also the same quality of services when we use the restaurant at night. prices for restaurant was very normal. 6 - there is fitness area, but I didn’t use because I didn’t like sport 😅 also there is SPA. everything organised. 7- Value of 💰 : it is very amazing price for this highly quality of services, location and facilities regarding my experience, I really advice to visit this hotel , for sure you will enjoy. everything is perfect, For future, I advice the management to thing about: making bigger SPA and indoor swimming pool. because the hotel so new and it worth to do it.

location a short walk from the city centre. breakfast good and didn't need to book as part of a deal. could choose each day for a reasonable price. bed very comfotable. Room fridge had lots of soft drinks as part of the price (free?). Staff were friendly and helpful with touristy information.

shower ran very hot and cool at times, I had to move out of the way until it returned to the right temperature. I reported this and it will hopefully be corrected for the next guest. Only had 2 small milk cartons , should have had some more in the fridge for those people who like a more milky coffee. only stairs leading into the hotel, should be a ramp for suitcases and a more obvious one for disabled people. Few cafe's nearby for cheaper eating.

The staff were helpful and we particularly like Daniel , our barman , who was very friendly, knowledgeable about the different drinks and made fantastic gin and tonics . The hotel is modern and clean and is in a quieter part of town. However, their soundproofing is of a poor standard and each night were disturbed by street noise , often waking us in the early hours of the morning . We stayed in a hotel in Rome that was right in the centre but had a very high standard of soundproofing . The hotel restaurant is very good and staff were very attentive. I would recommend the IQ hotel but strongly recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the street .

Whilst the hotel is very good in most respects, the soundproofing was sub- standard and we were bothered by street noise in early hours of the morning. Bed was too firm for our liking.

Clean, reasonably close to everything, quiet, $12 beautiful buffet breakfast, professional personnel everywhere, had its own restaurant that was nice, and had a small pool. Room was updated, bathroom was clean and new. Fridge was stocked daily with free non alcoholic drinks, some snacks, and water. It was a very nice touch. Coffee/tea pot in room with packaged biscuits to start your day simply if you wished. Reception team was super helpful, they even helped me retrieve my knitting after I left it behind in the taxi upon arrival! These people are kind! They gave us recommendations and I felt like I actually had help in Florence if I needed it. Would highly recommend a stay here. Found an excellent restaurant nearby—about 8 minute walk from the hotel and close to Galleria de Academia. Only complaint would be the water while in the shower didn’t stay a consistent temperature. Not super drastic but it cooled on and off. Would still stay there again.

our room was lovely with a huge beautiful terrace. Very unexpected and everything is beautifully decorated with sleek modern decor and sparkling bathrooms and amenities. we could see the pool area below our Terrace view and it looked amazing as well, but was still not quite warm enough to use it. This is a top-notch hotel with everything you could possibly want along with great staff and you can't beat the location. we did have the front desk call us a taxi for many of our visits to attractions and it was there within five minutes.

I think the breakfast should've been included with our room rate. Most of the hotels where we stayed it was included, and all our breakfasts at orher hotels were fantastic. The breakfast here was quite good as well, but very expensive for a self-serve buffet bar.

A very quiet hotel, rooms well insulated, so you don't hear other guests. Outside the road was closed due to works on the tram line, so it may well be noisier outside once that reopens. The room was large with a comfortable bed and the air con/heating was quiet and efficient. The bathroom was huge, with a good shower. The restaurant and bar were both well set out and reasonably priced. The hotel gave us a free drink in the bar and 10% off in the restaurant.We ate once in the restaurant and the pizzas were well prepared and tasty. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and well stocked, fruit was lovely, good choice of coffee and teas and plenty of hot and cold food to choose from. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the Duomo, so probably just about the furthest away, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Strange automatic sink tap, couldn't quite work out what made it work, it was therefore a little bit and miss.

This hotel is fantastic! The best accommodation we had during our 8 week trip around Europe. The staff are incredibly kind and very helpful. The room was spotless! Water, snacks, tea and coffee were replenished every day and were complimentary. We loved the inclusion of a laundry room which included a washing machine and dryer and we used a few times during our stay. Breakfast had a good selection, however, it wasn’t included in our stay so we only went once. The location was good and very close to the Galleria dell Accademia and the Duomo. If we are to return to Florence one day, we will happily stay here again.

A little expensive, room was small but location was perfect.

We traveled in a few cities across Italy and this one checks all the boxes. The room is big with a huge bathroom, and great amenities. They offer a great FREE minibar, that they replenish everyday! There is a laundry machine (which was VERY popular) and a pool (although the water is a bit too warm for me). The breakfast is diversified and great. The waiters are super nice (even thought of bringing a cake to my husband for his birthday!). And the reception people are super nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about 😊

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but the pool hours are 11 to 7, wish they were longer!
