Very nice property and very clean! The location was perfect for our needs, and we loved our room—it was comfortable (even though it was a bit small) and quiet. The staff were also wonderful and spoiled us during our stay! Oksana cleaned our room every day with the utmost care. We come to Florence every year, and I think we’ve finally found our hotel! I’ve recommended it to our friends and family.

Just a few small things that would make this property even better: better pillows (ours were flat and provided no support), a suitcase rack in the room, and an option to contact someone if there’s a problem. Guests are completely on their own after morning service.

It is the perfect place to stay if you plan to visit Florence. You can feel at home, every corner is decorated with a lot of personality, from the moment you enter you can feel a combination of old Italy and a modern style. The kindness of Olga and her entire team is exceptional. It's more than a B&B, you find everything in one place, the small details (slippers, cleaning kits, we were surprised to see a sewing kit, nowhere do they have as many details for their guests as in Flor in Florence). The breakfasts are delicious, you have fresh fruits, a good coffee or cappuccino, you can choose what you want to eat from the buffet. After exploring every corner of Florence, what we all want is to be able to rest and if we talk about the comfort of the rooms, it is perfect for sleeping in silence. The location is perfect, you have very popular and delicious restaurants just 5 minutes away, tourist sites, museums, cathedrals, squares and the center of Firenze. I would definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again and it will also be my recommendation to friends and family.

Excellent location just 20 minutes walk from centre including Uffizi, Academica and Palazzo Vechio Very nice breakfast. Just 30 minutes to Palazzo Pritti. At present there are tramworks outside but this didn't affect us at all. Tea and coffee in bedroom. Use of comfortable lounge if needed. Room well appointed with dining area and 3 chairs Nice views. The Dome photo (4) is from the bedroom window. There is a pleasant park opposite.

Nothing negative to report. Florence has mosquitoes! Be prepared. The big attractions are very busy! Book online before leaving home perhaps. Especially 'The David' which was fully booked up 21 days in advance.

- The design of the whole place is beautiful. - Room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and comfortable. - Nice breakfast in really beautiful room. - The location is short walk distance to all the sightseeings but still off the main tourist area so it is quiet. - Earlier check-in was possible and also after check-out we could leave our bags in the place and come for them later in the afternoon. - Very friendly and competent staff - we met 2 people from staff and both were extremely nice. There was a problem with no hot water due to street works but the lady from the B&B took care of it promptly. - The whole place is designed with thoughtful thinking about all the details that make the difference (e.g. we really appreciated the spare bathroom we could use to refresh ourselves when picking up our bags before traveling to our next destination).

There is a major street reconstruction going on so it is quite noisy - but all the bedrooms are situated to the courtyard so for sleeping it was no problem at all.

It is a beautiful property in an old elegant building. There is a tiny elevator that helps with your bags up to the 4th floor. The management and staff were accommodating to our earlier arrival. Exceptional cleanliness! The breakfast was delicious, our favorite of our 2 week trip. This location is merely a block away from the Accademia Museum and the Statue of David.

Everything was great, the mosquitoes in the room were a bit much, but not sure that is the hotel's fault. That's a "Florence" issue.

We had a wonderful stay whilst visiting Florence for 1 day. Olga was very helpful and friendly. We had the twin bedroom this was clean and spacious with gorgeous decor and lovely high cealings. A really beautiful room with a lot of detail and care gone into the decorating. Great location of the property, as you are within walking distance of most key sights whilst also being far away enough that the property is quiet. We were running out of time to pack and get to our train so we missed the breakfast time but Olga kept out some of the breakfast and saved us a fresh croissant which was really tasty and a lovely thoughtful touch.

Our stay at the hotel in Florence was great! Everything was nice and comfortable. The rooms were new and clean, and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was tasty. The location was nice, close to the center but in a peaceful area, which made it easy for us to explore the city without feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

My husband and I were extremely impressed by this new apartment! Decor, comfort and very friendly staff. Beautiful buffet breakfast. The location is excellent. On a quiet street, yet close to the major attractions such as the Duomo and Academia Galleria. Many very good restaurants a few minutes away. A short 10 minute cab ride from Santa Maria Novella Station or a 15-20 minute walk. We will definitely return on our next trip to Florence!!

Can’t think of anything we did not enjoy!

Great hotel, great service, and very tastefully decorated. The host was super nice and prompt to help at any chance. The reception is not open at all times so make sure to communicate your actual check-in time. Other than that, no issues with getting in late at night. And do not forget to close the elevator doors! The hotel is very close to Piazza di San Marco, the Museum La Academia, and the Duomo.

Only complaints: I had requested two single beds for me and my mom to find out on the spot that those were not available and we would have to share a double bed. At least the host provided two duvets and it wasn't a big issue (it could have been if I was with someone else). On another note, the room had some air freshener/fragrance which I would prefer had been left out. Not everyone might like the fragrance and I don't think it was needed. I just kept it in a hidden corner of the room so the smell wouldn't be so strong. Also, the wifi would not work sometimes depending on where in the room we were, so wouldn't recommend if you have to work from there.

The most beautiful little property in a wonderful location in Florence. Walking distance to the Duomo. I traveled all over Europe, and this was my favorite hotel by far! Great price, great breakfast, friendly staff. Updated modern amenities, with a quaint, old world feel! Welcoming staff, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
