The property was gorgeous and smelt beautiful from the moment we stepped into the foyer. Our room was lovely - large and well furnished. We had a gorgeous bathroom with freestanding bath, shower, toilet and bidet. French doors opened onto a delightful balcony with a table and seating overlooking a lovely garden. We enjoyed the reasonably priced mini bar and hot drinks facilities. Very comfy beds and remote controlled curtains and nets. Breakfast was lovely and the inside dining area and garden were great. Def recommend Messori Suites if you’re visiting Florence.

The staff were service-oriented and did an excellent job. They were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of yogurts, cereals, and sweets. Additionally, there was a British breakfast option with bacon and eggs, which is not commonly found in other hotels in Italy. This made us very pleased. The hotel is within walking distance from the city, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Another positive is that they have parking which is very convenient when traveling by car

It is very close to a bus station so getting around the city is really easy. The room was clean, staff were kind and attentive. The room is really wonderful with all the necessary amenities. Check in and check out were super speedy. A lovely stay overall - would recommend!!

Really nothing to complain about - maybe only suggest providing some ear plugs as a standard amenity in the rooms for those located on lower floors.

The hotel was very nice. Decor lovely, well kept and clean. Staff were very friendly. We had a hire car which we parked there. It's one single drive, so if others come you have to give them your keys to let other cars out. About four cars can park in one line. En-suite was amazing. 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence.

No just orange juice at breakfast, other fruity options though. But that's the only thing I can think of!

Freshly done rooms and very welcoming staff. I arrived later than the time I’d communicated. The staff promptly responded to my WhatsApp messages guiding me on the transport and late check in procedure.

The rooms are not much sound proof. The tv sound from adjacent room and traffic noise on the street could be heard. However being a less trafficked street the noises didn’t pose much of a problem

Beautiful building in a lovely area just a 15 min walk from the Duomo and the busier touristy areas. The room was absolutely stunning - really spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. The breakfast was very nice - with a good selection of pastries, fruit, eggs… Shenal was really attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence and who prefers staying in a boutique hotel in a quieter area.

There was nothing we did not like - our stay was perfect!

The hotel was beautiful with an elegant staircase. The room was a great size and there was a good selection of teas. The bathroom was large with a big shower and bath. The breakfast had a wide selection of food. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.

There was a strong smell of chemicals in the room which I think was mosquito repellent, but it was so strong it gave me a headache.

The room was well maintained with a lot of space. The bathroom and shower was well kept. The front desk personnel was nice and gave us instruction on how to best use the hotel room (curtain switches, showers, etc). The free breakfast was great and staff were very courteous.

Everything was enjoyable. The only thing that I wish could be better was the advice/knowledge provided by front desk when it comes to public transportation nearby. We had trouble with paying on the bus because drivers did not have tickets on hand but we scrambled to learn that tickets could be purchased using an app.

If you just take a look at the buildings on the streets you will realise that this is one of the few that is fully restored (and correctly) and has architectural lighting. The backyard together with the small terrace and the chairs, umbrellas are perfect, especially since they are under some old trees. The location is great - close to some really nice cafes and restaurants - Lietta, Perseus, Galleria dell’Accademia - and close also to a few bus stops, only 3 stops from central station. It looks exactly like in the pictures and you can really feel at home, unbothered and no busy hotel vibes. Also the street is very quiet and not crowded at all. Staff also makes you feel at home, show you everything you need: glasses, cutlery, bottle opener etc, so you can enjoy a bottle of wine on the terrace. Try it!

We did not find any slippers but we did not ask for them so it is not something that bothered us.
