Great location with lots going on literally outside the hotel's door. You could turn down any of the streets outside the door to find shopping, dining and sightseeing. We found a great place to grab lunch close by and we went there when we didn't have much time. The rooms were a bit spartan but very clean, large and well-maintained. The exposed beams in the ceilings give you a glimpse of the hotel's past. There are two rooftop verandas with fantastic views of the city and they're ideal for catching the sunrise/sunset. Breakfast is cold but they have two coffee machines that work well and a wide spread of available foods.

There's no eating allowed in the rooms (understandable) but also no eating allowed in the breakfast area outside of the two-hour breakfast period. That's not ideal since it can be quite hot in Florence and it's nice to be able to sit down in the air conditioned breakfast area with takeout food from nearby. Without that option it can be hard to find a place to sit with the food sold to be eaten out of your hands (think pizza, wraps, sandwiches) and so many tourists sitting in the few available places. Also you don't want to sit in the hot sun while eating so again, it would be nice to be allowed to eat in the breakfast area.

Wow, this was an AMAZING stay! So clean, very friendly/helpful staff, delicious breakfast every morning, and an incredible location to the Duomo with an unbeatable view on the rooftop! We can’t thank Davide enough for his helpfulness during our stay. He even wrote his recommendations down for us on a map and gave it to us upon arrival. We loved our time here and will never forget the memories!

There was not much we didn’t enjoy about the property or our stay! Some mornings we had to be out early for tours and the breakfast doesn’t open until 8am. However, we were able to grab a few things while they were setting up for the day. The beds were a little bit hard and by the last night it was a little bit uncomfortable, but otherwise, we wouldn’t change a thing!

They should put mosquito nets at the windows, as the place is infested by these and they are really aggressive.. We had to sleep with open windows as it was a warm night and we don't like air conditioning:: even the anti-mosquito the room was literally infested by these. Impossible to sleep peacefully and just on my face I had 23 bites! Also, it would be nice if they would furnish better the terrace, putting some pillows on the very uncomfortable iron chairs, creating some shadow spots, adding a lounge sofa somewhere where guests can enjoy the wonderful view.

Great location, steps away from Santa Maria del Fiore. The facilities are super nice and clean, staff members were really helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bed-pillows amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was a great complimentary treat for a great stay. Above all these is the rooftop with probably the best view in town, totally recommend hanging out there specially to watch the sun setting behind the Duomo. Totally recommend this hotel to stay in Firenze.

can see why they use the rooftop terrace in their photos- the view is absolutely stunning and being able to pop up there at any time of day is a real bonus. So gorgeous for breakfast and at sunset. The property was bigger than I thought, room was clean, bright and large and the bathroom was really nice. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful with any queries and when we needed to get to the train station took extra time to look up bus times for us and printed us a specific map. 6 min walk to the duomo, really great places around to eat and drink

Only one pillow provided in the room which was quite thin and uncomfortable. We were both very promptly provided an extra one when we asked but would be nice to have them in the room for guests to use if they wish.

I want to say thank you to hotel Palazzo Graziani, for perfect room serwice. Also before my trip I asked for room with view for cathedra , so they give it to me. Thank you very much! Room was shiny, perfectly clean. Very good breakfast with amazing view on terrase for whole city!

Great view over the Brunelleschi dome. Good breakfast, really amazing havign breakfast with the view. Room was big, air conditioning working. Location is 10 min walking from the Cathedral, we did not need to take taxi or other types of transpirtation, easy walk to go evrywhere. Few Retaurants close by so perfect location.

Breakfast was varied with selection of sweets, local cold meats, breads, cereal… The room was quite big and spacious for 2 people, ours was equipped with a kitchen that we weren’t allowed to use - they would “fine you” if you did. They cleaned the room and bathroom every day and provided fresh towels, even though we indicated they weren’t needed following their instructions. Staff was very understanding and accomodating around our flight delay and gave us options for a late check out. The location was great, barely a 10 min walk from all main attractions. There are several buses almost at the doorstep if going further out, and many bars and restaurants nearby.

The heating didn’t seem to work even though there were 2 radiators in the room and bathroom. We were quite cold coming back from being out exploring all day and would have been nice being able to make the room a bit hotter. We were on the 2nd floor and the people in the floor above us were quite loud the first nights, and we could hear the whole conversation. Reception is empty from 8pm so we couldn’t really complain to anyone about the noise.

We were disappointed that during our stay we didn't have any hot water. A freezing cold shower one day is doable, but for the price paid we would have hoped it would have been fixed by day 2. It was disappointing that we were not warned at checkin as it became obvious by comments at the end of our stay that they knew of the situation. It didn't ruin our stay, but it was disappointing for the price paid.

Absolutely stunning place and amazing views from the rooftop terrace. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast as we had a very early departure, but can't wait to go back and stay there again. Neighborhood was quiet, but only a few minutes walk from all the wonderful sites and fabulous restaurants in Florence. David and Simon were very helpful and attentive.

Our room was lovely with a beautifully rustic beamed ceiling, but it was a little on the small side and dark as there was only a small window close to the floor which did not let much light in.
