Staff were friendly and welcoming, good location and room size was good. Room was always clean and tidy. Rooftop terrace view of Florence was amazing.

The bathroom is a wet room and didn’t drain very well, made it hard to use bathroom after a shower due to wetness. shower near the door which caused a few issues with water coming into the room (bottom of bathroom door was rotten due to water damage so can tell this has been an issue for a while). Didn’t like that we had to hand key in every time we went out and collect from reception upon return, made it long winded to drop stuff off while out and about.

The place was lovely! The staff was very friendly and accomodating the entire time. We saw four gentlemen working the hotel, that seemed to be all family members - but it's just a presumption. Whenever you leave the room to see the city, you leave the key at the reception, but there's always a person there to hand it to you when you came back. There's also room service that makes the bed, takes out the trash and provides new shampoo packets in the bathroom. The hotel seems old, but very clean and well kept, so it gives a nice, vintage atmosphere to your stay. The room was nice and clean, and there was very nice free breakfast served in the morning - bread, cheese and ham to make nice grill ham and cheese sandwiches in a panini grill. There's also jams and nutella provided if you want to make a PBJ. There's also cereal, small servings of yoghurt, canned fruit, and very delicious pastries and croisants with filling. There are two small grocery stores just accross the street - one regular, and one with asian goods, so you can buy all sorts of stuff you might need. Very much recommended.

This is funny little hotel about half a mile from the Duomo. The staff were amazing, couldn’t fault them in any way, very friendly very helpful. My room was a single but had a surprise balcony, basic but comfortable. The bathroom had a great solution to being small with a collapsible shower screen - it was perfect!! Breakfast was simple but there was plenty of it and you could also eat outside on the patio. There was a roof terrace as well. No evening meal but there is a small bar. Location wise there were plenty of good places to eat and a grocery store just over the road. I would really recommend this hotel if you want a budget friendly clean hotel in central Florence. It was a great stay!

Breakfast whilst plentiful and perfectly adequate would have liked some fresh fruit options.

Unbeatable location in Firenze downtown (10!!!), you can reach everything in a few minutes on foot. We had been allocated a quiet, well air-conditioned and thoroughly cleaned room. The towels were changed every day. Breakfast was of a decent variety and served on the top floor of the building. Staff are polite and friendly, especially the middle-aged man (called Alessandro, I think), who is busy every morning in the breakfast room to keep customers satisfied.

The elevator is very-very slow and, taking into account the lots of customers, it's faster to go up and down on foot. There is no lobby to have a coffee or a drink, except for the terrace on top of the building, which is not a good idea during long and hot summer days. Our room was not spacious enough. Some hanging points in the room and the bathroom would improve the whole image and would be appreciated.

Location was fantastic - walking distance to most places!, breakfast fantastic (croissants were so good), room is a good size, bed comfortable, and staff very friendly!

the shower really let this room down! It only had a tiny screen which half covered the toilet. If we were washing our hair, water went everywhere even when we were careful; we would have to wipe the toilet down after every shower as it got covered in water. The shower mat got soaked every time, there wasn’t really any point in using it. We loved this place and would definitely stay again, the showers just need a reno!

We liked the location. A short walk to the historic center and the train station. Our room was clean and big enough for four. We enjoyed our breakfast which has a nice selection of cold cuts and cheese, marmalades, breads & croissants, fruit cocktail. juices, brewed coffee and different flavors of tea. The building has elevator!

Just wishing the reception/check in area was at the first floor and not at the top floor. It was inconvenient to bring our luggage all the way up for check in then go down again because the rooms are in the lower floors. The bathroom itself was big enough and clean but the shower room was small specially when you close the weird panels

We stayed for 5 days at Hotel Bodoni in an apartment (we were a group of four). Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was always clean, with fresh towels provided each morning. It was also equipped with everything needed for cooking and enjoying lunch or dinner. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Florence. Breakfast was simple but very good, with excellent croissants, cheese, yogurt, butter, coffee, juice, milk, and more. To check in, simply ring the intercom and take the elevator to the 4th floor, where you can easily complete the check-in process. I would definitely stay there again!

At night, you can hear some sounds of people talking on the street. I didn’t find it bothersome at all, and even though I usually have trouble sleeping with noise, I was able to sleep very well.

The location and the overall ambiance was very pleasing and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel room was very clean and the food was amazing. When we walked from the station to the hotel, which I highly recommend, we got to see all the locations and landmarks which made for a pleasent and enjoyable expeience.

There was no functional or practical shower and no bin in the bathroom.

Clean, friendly staff, lift to top floor. Light, bright room, not big but OK, comfy beds, quiet. Nice big towels. Very efficient air con. Very good location, easy walking to most sights, nearby cafes, bars, restaurants, bus stop to station/ tramway to airport. 24 hour desk.Breakfast included.

The shower was in our bathroom like a wetroom and proved very slippery. I slipped twice, could easily have resulted in injury. Only 1bpillow each, and they were thin. Breakfast ingredients were not top of the range by any means, though you could make a mean toastie with patience. Very nice natural yogurt, but fruit was from a tin. Layout of breakfast goods confused, all over the place..

The location was top to stay in such a good price. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They suggested some restaurants and even booked a table for us. The room was on the 5th floor so we havent had any issue as people described to go up to leave keys in the reception. However there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, I think we killed 5 of them already in the first night. Otherwise room was okay, we got the attic room; minibar and AC were working perfectly.

The mosquitos. Roof terrace was not as good as expected very limited view with a lot of mosquitoes which made almost impossible to stay more than 30 minutes. Breakfast could be a bit improved, only sweet croissants and one type of cheese and ham. Good part was the toaster with some toast breads so that we were able to some toasts with ham and cheese. Some tomatoes, olives could be nice add ups for breakfast. Also there was a orange juice machine but it was out of order during our stay.
