The room was very large and sizeable. Bathroom was well-kept and the cleaning service is every other day. The television had NetFlix and Prime so I could kill a few hours in the room, while I recover from seeing all the sights. Taro was very helpful and stayed to wait for me when my flight from Munich was delayed by about 3 hours.

The City Tax. I knew it was expected from my bill but I didn't understand why this was a seperate amount from the total. Other than that my stay was very nice.

Hotel location is close to city center. The facilities are very clean and staff is very friendly.

The property was very well decorated and comfortable with all the amenities. The location was great, very close to the centre and supermarkets. The studio was spacious with windows facing a beautiful patio. We like to extend our special thank you to Taro in the hotel for giving us a map, loads of advise on what to eat and where to visit. We enjoyed every minute of our romantic stay. There is an amazing Gelateria on the same road that you must try. The property has also a leather shop in front with really well designed and reasonable price stuff. Attractions are all walking distance and when you walk out you see the Duomo which is so special. The area is safe at night and day.

Taro is a great host, very friendly and helpfull. The location is simply amazing. When stepping out of the front door you directly have a view on the cathedral which is located at the end of the street. The apartment is spacious with nice high ceilings and a small kitchen. If we would ever visit Florence again we would definitely book this accomodatie again!

Although there is always something that could be better I seriously cannot think of anything for this accommodation.

The location is perfect for visiting Florence. The room was very comfortable. It had a small kitchen with everything we needed to make a nice breakfast. The bathroom is a great size. The TV has all the apps we use at home. Taro was very helpful with tips and with our luggage. The a/c was excellent too.

I think the property is really good. If there are any shortcomings that's the kitchen knives are not easy to cut, and the hair dryer is a bit weak.

Location Separation of space for sleeping Our host Taro was kind and helpful; he called taxis for us and gave us a map with directions to sights, and came right away when we locked ourselves out of our apartment.

Staying at Piccolo's was one of the best parts of our trip, the location was central, plentiful amenities, and above all, Taro (our host) has been most welcoming and helpful in all aspects of our stay. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Florence! You are 1 minute away from the main square with supermarkets around the corner.

Nothing, everything was amazing!

The location is perfect, and the apartment had all the essentials readily available. The host was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for food places that stay open late as we arrived quite late on our first day.

The only thing that can be better are the sockets. It was really slow to charge our phones.
