All perfect, located in the center of everything, 100 m from Gucci garden.

A little bit noisy at night but I am very sound sensitive , but there is a solution, there’s 2 beds at the room one in the bedroom and one at the living room, so we slept there.

Exceptional location and view of Piazza is incredible. Managed exceptionally well by Fulvio & Laura, who are wonderful and very helpful. This place made our visit in Florence so much better!

Perfect location ... only steps from the main square and 5 minutes to the Duomo. Very clean and comfortable. No microwave, but small 2 burner stove and frig. Plan to eat out, and budget for a bit more in such a central location.

The hotel was perfect. Do not drive to this location, as we did, becuase streets are narrow and have people walking all over in this central district. But, the host Fluvio called a local garage that came and took the car in front of the hotel back to the parking garage one night and brought it back for €40. They told us at pick up it was €30, so GET IT IN WRITING on the claim ticket they give you. Take a taxi if you will be here several days. We stayed only one night on the way to Pisa.

This property was the perfect location for us. The Piazza Signoria is full of the history of Florence and is a fun and lively place on August evenings. We could walk to almost everything we wished to see—the Uffizi, the Accademie, the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio are all nearby. The shopping is tremendous, and there are loads of restaurants, of course. The staff were gracious, helpful, and very kind. You might be surprised when arriving at the address—it’s simply a nice door where you enter a code to get in, not a big hotel entrance like one finds in the states. Don’t worry, because hospitality and a well-appointed room awaits.

I thoroughly recommend staying at the Relais Piazza Signoria. Everything was amazing. The bed was big and SUPER comfortable. Even though the property is located on one of the busiest tourist areas in the city, the noise cancelling windows live up to their name. Couldn't hear anything from outside. Kitchen and sitting area were small but had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and the WiFi worked fully and uninterrupted

There is only one elevator and its very small. If you have multiple suitcases be prepared to make more than one trip. It's also busy a lot especially when the cleaning staff are moving between floors. But its literally my only complaint

The location is brilliant. Right in the Piazza , less than 50 metres from the Uffitzi. Loads of amazing restaurants and bars down the side streets off the square but avoid the ones immediately in the square - they charge a ridiculous amount as soon as you sit down! However, there is a small take away drinks bar directly opposite the apartments which is incredible - we got take away cocktails every night and sat in the square :)

Air con worked but not as effectively as it could

This beautiful little luxury hotel right in the heart of Florence is gorgeous and run by a hugely helpful team led by the lovely Fulvio. Fulvio’s communication was excellent and he was incredibly helpful in helping us to organise an early morning taxi for our hot air balloon ride. The 2 bedroom apartment (#107) was clean (and it felt clean), spacious and had two complete bathrooms with spacious showers. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning a welcome respite from the heat. We would stay again and we would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location is a 12 minute walk from the train station and is right by the square and means you can easily pop in and out during the day to drop off shopping or just get into some air conditioning. And even though it’s right in the heart of everything going on, the security is excellent and the double glazed windows meant that you couldn’t hear anything going on outside - it was very peaceful. We’ll be back Fulvio!

Nothing, we loved everything.

Price was great. Location was perfect, everything was within a 10-15 min walk including groceries and tourist destinations. Very spacious and clean. Liked the view of the square. Kitchen was very useful (there is no oven though). Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, they make sure everything is prepared for you beforehand, are always available on the booking.com chat space and they also helped with easy taxi access. I did think I was booking a full blown hotel though XD It was more of an apartment with hotel services, the only things they didn’t offer that hotels do are in-room dining and a 24 hour desk. However, they are open from 9-5 and do inform you about the self-services available. I noticed most of the hotels in Florence are like that and it was as comfortable as a hotel to me.

Much better than expected.. in fact exceptional. First the rooms are modern and refurbished. And large. But the location is all you could wish for. Right in the center of this glorious city. With 6 ristorantes right outside your door 3 in Signoria Square.. short walks to everything. Need a taxi? The front desk has it there in minutes!! Do not pass up this exceptional hotel.
