The location is right in the center of MIlan tourist area - near the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Piazzas. The room we were assigned was spacious - this is room 404. Bathroom clean and beds comfy. We also had a sofa. Delighted by the welcome snack (delicious biscotti from Leonardo) and drinks (water and wine). Warm welcome by the front-desk (Filipina-Indian) who gave us restaurant recos. The hotel is easy access to taxis as well. Hotel can call a taxi for guests and they will use official taxis of Florence. Taxis arrive quickly. Breakfast is value for money at 18 euros per person - cold and hot selections in the buffet. Beautiful breakfast view at the top floor. Dining out in cafes around and outside the hotel will cost more than 18 euros. The lady at breakfast who served and welcomed guests was so warm and attentive. Kudos to her!

Exceeded expectations so can't say anything negative.

The room was clean, and the front desk staff was SO kind. The location is near perfect (walkable to/from all the main sights and activities in Florence), and the breakfast selection is incredible - not to mention it's served on the terrace with a stunning view of the city.

The elevator is really tiny - it's a tight squeeze for two people with luggage. To turn on the lights in the room, you must insert the room key into the box on the wall near the door- this wasn't very clear and we had to ask the front desk how to turn the lights on in our room (they were very kind and once we figured it out, all was well).

it was almost perfect! they just didn't have a rubber mat for the shower. so it was a wee bit slippery for the oldies. and our room was quite strange that the shower was detached from the toilet area. but overall, it was a very good stay. spacious clean room! members of the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was pretty good too with a wonderful view. it really wakes you up in a good way. i had two separate bookings and the dates overlapped. i requested through booking.com that they consolidate the bookings so that we wouldn't be transferring rooms anymore. at first, they said they couldn't. but when we arrived at the hotel, they were able to work it out and our stay was seamless!

there's no option to leave the room undisturbed when not occupied. although i'm sure we could have asked the front desk to not clean our room. we just forgot because we're used to having a sign on the door that says do not disturb. but it's no biggie. would 100% stay here again if given the opportunity :)

The central location makes vsiting Florence a doddle. The bedroom, an upgrade, was larger than we had expected. Although bottled water was supplied, the tap water was cool and delicious. Double4 glazzing provided quiet sleep. The 7th floor breakfast room was charming, affording lovely views. Being late November, the roof was close, yet still allowed lovely rooftop views. The breakfast itself, buffet style, with eggs etc. cooked to order, was very good indeed, as was the service.

We struggled to secure a spare loo-roll. There was a kettle and a minimal amount of tea/coffee, but no milk, despite the room having a fridge. The toaster, as with every hotel in the world, is a pain. The reception staff seemed a little short of knowledge..."General strike?...What General strike" ! Perhaps that may say more about Italy than the staff.

Easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable bed Friendly and accomodating staff. We arrived 2 hours early, but they let us rest at their lounge while waiting for the room. Location is perfect! Closed to anywhere we wanted to go. They have bikes that guests can borrow; but we were not able to use it; as it was too hot that day and rained the next day. Breakfast was unexpectedly good! Awesome selection- fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cold cuts, cook to order eggs, fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurt, fruit jiuces, nice coffee

The location is excellent-a 5 minute walk to most major sights and around the corner from the Ufizzi and Palazzo Vecchio. Breakfast was very good with made to order eggs, yogurt, meat, cheese, breads, cereal-a great buffet. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The chair and ottoman were a nice touch. Water pressure was excellent in the shower although it was open to the room which is different but no issue. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast terrace has a wonderful view of the city. We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Florence.

The location of this hotel was perfect! Between Piazza Della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The rooms were recently renovated and lovely. Quite large for Europe in such a central location. As a bonus the breakfast room had stunning views and served hot foods such as omelettes made to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and windows could be opened to let in fresh air.

It was a bit pricey but I would stay again.

great stay.refectory, and I say again, perfect location. we got a corner room, looking right down onto the street a block from the Ponte Vecchio. everything close by. super clean, awesome staff - very helpful. beds were super comfy. great breakfasts included in the morning on the rooftop overlooking the city.

odd shower in the room, with glass doors - just a bit strange, but interesting.

Excellent location near Ponte Vecciho. Loved that we had a large terrace, which gave us more space with good views, right in the middle of the action. Great breakfast 😋

The shower has weird shower doors, we were told it was a handicapped room. Also, the hairdryer was just a hose coming out of the wall. It looked like a vacuum cleaner hose. It was hard to use and got very hot, which is bad for my hair.

Location was fantastic! Cleanliness of the room excellent and breakfast was delicious.

More smiley staff. Very kind but they could have been more friendly. Nothing wrong with anyone.
