Rooms as in the pictures, very clean and the staff is exceptional, very accomodating and helpful. Within walking distance of all attractions, we did not need to use public transport.

Huge room and bathroom, in a lovely quiet part of florence with easy public transport access. Staff were extremely helpful for anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. Relaxing by the pool (with massage jets!) was delightful.

Very secure, private and quiet, feels like your nestled in the neighborhood. Very clean and great service

Bed needs some updating

This was such an amazing find. The location was convenient (two stops on local bus 6, and you are at the duomo). The staff was so kind and helpful. Checking in and out was so smooth. It's a cute, beautiful historical villa. Very picturesque and clean. Also, you can store your luggage for free with them. If you have a late check-in or early check out , store your luggage and go explore the city. Great value for your money!

The lift was slow, but really, that's the only thing wrong I can think of. Nothing else.

The room was very attractive, with walls decorated in paintings of tuscan scenery. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was perfect with a large shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Alice was delightful and very helpful as was another lady who cleaned the rooms. Location was perfect - 15 minute walk to main attractions. B&B located in a very safe and classy area.

Always disappointed when there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, especially as there was no option elsewhere in the B&B. From our perspective, the impersonal automatic check in was a negative - whilst Alice was very helpful, it would have been good to have been given information (restaurants etc). We felt very much left to our own devices. Having said the above, if we were to visit Florence again, we would definitely consider villa Tortorelli.

Our room and bathroom were spacious and beautiful with a lovely balcony. The pool was a nice treat after long days of sightseeing.

Quite a walk from the center of town/ train station, but a nice quiet neighborhood near a sweet park. The emails about location and check in were very clear, but there was no staff and the place felt a little cold and impersonal. We couldn’t access the pool from inside the building there was nobody to tell us to look for an outside gate.

Beautiful rooms and as a place to stay, very welcoming, friendly & superb staff, great location, Amazing variety of fresh food available at breakfast I highly recommend this place to stay and would definitely be my choice next time im in Florence. Congratulations to the staff

There was nothing which was not perfect.

Quiet, pristine location. Friendly and really helpful staff.

Our room was literally right off the dining room. It was quiet thanks to double doors and good insulation but it was awkward to emerge every morning into a breakfast room full of gawkers. Not a deal breaker but I think to be fair that our particular room should come with a disclaimer or notice so that folks can know ahead of time.

The staff were wonderful - super helpful and accommodating. It was easy to check in early and leave bags at the property after checkout. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were new (excellent shower pressure), minibar was very well priced, pool area lovely, aircon excellent, breakfast nice (cold buffet with coffee), and ideal location (walking distance to everything including a lovely market).

No major complaints. Room was slightly smaller than expected but still a great size and bigger than other properties we've stayed at in Italy. Self check in, room codes, etc easy to use once you get your head around it! Make sure you read the instructions sent beforehand.

Great place to stay, very good location only 10 minute walk from the Duomo. Very quiet and secluded. Rooms were a good size and very clean with spacious and updated bathrooms, loved the power rain showers. Having a pool at this time in Florence honestly made the world of difference. There are a lot of reviews about checking in but we found it super simple and easy, if you can read instructions and type in numbers you'll be fine! The lady onsite was also very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was quite limited, and not many GF options for my partner but this was a very minor inconvenience.
