The apartment is very clean and modern with air conditioning included, only 23 mins walk from the train station. it is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen.
Based on the reviews, I asked for directions to check in via whatsapp, there is a code, so I don’t know if I don’t ask how it wouldve reached me, includingn information about the wifi access. The management was very kind on whagtsapp. The bed is extremely hard, and the sheets were a bit scratchy. the only toiletry provided was a bottle of shampoo and handsoap. the bedroom could use a nightlight.

Everything was so clean and new. The beds were so comfortable. Also the apartment is really close to the city center.
They are putting your breakfast to the kitchen before your arrival. I stayed 3 days and that wasn’t really enough for me. But anyway i didn’t even care this stuation because the place was wonderful.

Location was good. Simple supplies available for breakfast.
No one to contact us when we arrived and no code to enter. We had to contact booking.com customer service and Michelle was wonderful. No information in b&b on wifi password heating poor. Disappointed. We were late-15 mins after long trip from Lake Como, it was raining as we walked from station to the apartment.
