The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. The neighbourhood felt very safe and quiet and also the underground car parking is safe and plenty of space. Bed was comfy and facilities were good. Good breakfast with great coffee.

The location is a suburb, so if visiting Milan is the idea of the trip, this can be a little too far from the Milan city.

Ideally situated to visit the highly impressive Alfa Museum, Milan, along with one of the largest indoor shopping centres in Europe just five minutes drive away. Hotel is smart, very clean, and with all that’s needed. Breakfast and an evening meal excellent value too. Also, some excellent local artist’s sculptures adorn the public areas.

The hotel is very pretty esthetically. Art all around in the lobby and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Good variety and organized well. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English and they went out of their way to assist you, when needed. Good recommendations for restaurants.

Rooms are on the small size. They have really nothing in the room, no paper, pen, no electric kettle or coffee machine. This may be due to COVID. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which was disappointing as I was hoping to try it for pranzo or cena.

Room was clean. It was a little small for the rate, but it was fine overall. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the freshly-made coffee at the breakfast buffet instead of the the self-serve machines that many hotels have. On-site parking was available.

The air conditioning was a little strong. I wish there was a little more counter space in the bathroom to set up your toiletries.

The staff was so smiley and open. It felt like it was not only a hotel but rather a small family with close attention to detail. Pretty convenient location. In the morning you can hear how the birds are singing, I really loved it - quiet and comfy.

I would propose adding some variation to the breakfast. Overall it was good but in some way limited.

Friendly suggestion to the hotel manager, maybe family rooms should be on the lower floors, because first two mornings we were woken up by a child from the room above us, running across the room starting from 06:30h. Lucky for us, their holiday ended before ours, so last morning was very quiet. 😀

Parking, room, breakfast, and super friendly staff. Close to shopping mall and small track. Great place if you travel to that part of italy for business

Not much, everything was even above the expectations. The breakfast was really good and lot of choices. There is also a restaurant with really good pasta

Lovely warm welcome and a comfortable, clean room

Everything was really clean and well done, unfortunately, I had food poisoning after having breakfast there. I had scrambled eggs and a couple of slices of melon. I think it must have been the eggs. I don't think this is a fair reflection on the hotel, just a warning to their management and staff to pay more attention to fulfilling extreme food cleanliness procedures. I only eat once a day, there is no way it was an issue with anything else.

The entire team headed by Mr. Rodolf was amazing . The entire staff had supported with their service. I am exicited to visit on my official trip to Virgina Hotel.

Service was good and amazing breakfast was good. The hotel rooms were good and entire property was good although it was away from city and it was rightly compensated with service which made me more comfortable.

The room was very bright and decent in size, and the bathroom was spotless and good size as well. Also, cleanliness was at a very high level. The staff was very welcoming, and the ladies at the breakfast were lovely, offering espresso together with the breakfast. We will return if we travel by car as it's just a 20-30 minute drive to the centre.
