Being greeted by the evening reception staff on arrival. So helpful even though we did not speak Italian. So sorry I can't remember their names. But he help us check in even as we forgot our passports we had them on our phones. Very professional about that issue.Also so accommodating when I requested extra pillows and blanket. The morning staff Adreas was accommodating and friendly as well. Your cleaning staff is hospitable. The breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and quite no unnecessary noise which helped with sleeping.

For me the milk in the automated express machine.

this is what we call a hotel! we felt much, much more welcome and comfortable than other 4 and 5 stars in Milan. the reception guys are the best ones, they are so warm and friendly. we consider ibis choice 1 from now on.

Very nice stuff. great for overnight stay while on the road. very comfortable big rooms. Supermarket just in front. Huge free parking. Rooms include iron and ironing board. We had connecting rooms.

Breakfast was poor. iIt was still during Covid restrictions and it was not a buffet, you had to go and ask someone to serve you. Coffee from the coffee machine was not great and not easy to operate. Very important: it’s next to the highway but the noise isolation is fabulous. you could not hear anything.

The staff was really kind the previous night we suffered a terrible experience on another hotel but there kindness definitely change our Milano perspective, thank you very much guys for that.

Location, the local station taxi service is not to pay at certain hours, so you have to pay higher rates with another taxi services.

We only stayed one night. For us the location was perfect because the hotel is close to the highway. The staff was very polite and smiling, the room very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I could have stayed even more :-) They even accepted our big dog without any problem for which I'm very thankful because it's not easy to find a hotel that accepts big dogs. And there is also a free outdoor parking.

During our stay I didn't find anything negative.

The hotel looks very clean and well maintained. There's plenty of parking spaces for the guests it's in close proximity to a metro station, making it very easy to get to milan center.

Locatuon near the highway is excellent. Rooms are good and clean.

The employees we met were not at all kind or welcoming. Not really at the reception and specifically not at breakfast.

All the reviews about cleanliness and modernity are correct, the place is immaculate. As far as soundproofing goes, you might only hear the odd room neighbor or two coming down the hallway. McDonalds is close by, as is a Lidl and a pet store if you feel the sudden urge to buy a hamster 🐹

Do your own research about getting into and getting about Milan with public transport such as the Z113 and Z120 buses, and especially the tariff zones. Download the “ATM Milano” app, register your details, and have a credit card ready to buy tickets within the app, because there is no ticket seller within walking distance to buy physical bus tickets. All of this could have been ready to be explained by hotel staff when we asked; we ended up doing it ourselves. Otherwise very competent service :)

Good location close to the highway between Milan & Como with restaurants in walking distance. Clean, organized & comfortable. Pet friendly & w good beds.

Double room has an „Ibis-size“ Double bed. Larger would be a plus.

When we arrived to the hotel, we honestly thought the hotel was shut down. The green areas around the parking lot were overgrown, it really looked like the facility was shut down. It happened that there were no cars in the parking lot. Once inside, the hotel is very nice, clean. The beds did not have traditional mattresses. Though comfortable for me, my friend did not find it comfortable.

The outside of the property leaves much to be desired. We arrived about one hour before check-in and were told we would have to pay 20 euros to leave our bags in the room (since we were heading right out). I believe it was more work for the receptionist to tag all our bags and take them to the storage room than to have given us our room key so we could have left the bags in the room.
