A wonderful B&B in the best location in Genova. Not exactly in the middle of the center, but in the nicest area of Genova, a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. And with a short walk to the beach promenade with a lot of nice bars and restaurants and Boccadasse, a must to visit in Genova. We had the room with the balcony, a spacious and very nice room, with everything you need. Breakfast was very nice and served at the time we wished. We went to the city center by bus, which was very easy, bus 43 takes you the whole way to the center and back. Download app AMT Genova and check departure times and buy tickets there. Super easy.

We loved Francesca (the owner) she was a delightful 😊 caring,adorable lady.The accommodation was beautiful,immaculate and in a lovely area.The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and on the last morning Francesca made us scrambled eggs..we were truly spoilt 😀 The only regret I have is I wish we had stayed longer! A lovely B&B in an upscale neighborhood located just 7 minutes walking distance from colorful Boccadasse! Francesca, the owner, answered multiple questions very quickly when I wrote to her before my stay. Her breakfasts are all homemade and beautifully arranged in crystal bowls… She puts such care into it. I was on a little holiday in-between work, and she arranged a massage therapist to come to the B&B. That was an extra bonus! The bed was comfortable, the rooms bright and I will be back for sure! You can tell Francesca loves being a host, and it comes through in her warmth. 10/10

Exceptional host! Clean, spacious and air-conditioned rooms (we used the suite but the double room is just as spacious and luminous, for a couple, with a balcony to boot), nice breakfast and easy self-checkout. Host is very friendly and helpful so all in all, we recommend!

Parking space available in private area nearby BUT space is slim, don't expect to park a berline car...

The room and the building itself were beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet yet near to the city centre and the beach. Breakfast was great and Francesca was really helpful with good advice and information ensuring that our stay was enjoyable

I cannot think of anything that would have significantly improved our stay.

B&B Albaro is a gem. it's everything I expected and much more. A beautiful location by the seaside. Close proximity to Cinque Terre, Portofino, and everything in between. Easy access to Genoa city centre. The room was picture-perfect as was the breakfast prepared by the lovely host Francesca, who is warm, welcoming & a wonderful guide, answering all my questions. It felt like home. Grazie mille Francesca. 💞

the location is a little out of the center and you will need to get a taxi if you want to go into the center of town. for us this was not a problem as the room and the area were lovely. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean the bed and pillows comfortable. Francesca the host was delightful her breakfast was outstanding with homemade bread and jams really nothing was too much. so lovely. thank you Francesca. we will definitely stay with you again if we are in the area.

Absolutely amazing B&B in a great location - just a few minutes from Boccadasse, beach, restaurants, bars and bus stop. The host Francesca couldn’t do enough, was a wealth of knowledge and provided a fabulous breakfast including some home made treats. Definitely recommend this

Very nice B&B with a spacious room. Francesca help us a lot with everything. The breakfast is very good with local products. It is well located near Bocadasse but with super good connection to the city center by bus. A very good option if you arrive by car to leave the car parked (easy to park but payable) and use the bus.

lovely apartment* b&b - only 2 guest rooms in the place so very quiet. attractive light and airy room with a comfy bed and nice shower. interesting antiques and tasteful furnishings. breakfast is wonderful and the hostess so friendly. a very short walk to the sea front and the historic centre. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Boccadasse - we could have happily stayed longer than 2 nights! *traveller note - the b&b is in an apartment building (on 3rd floor with lift) so you buzz the flat from downstairs to gain entry when you arrive.

there is nothing to dislike. if you dislike this place then you are the problem!
