Loved that the hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and informal. Parking easy. You walk out of the hotel, turn right and beautiful view of the Sea and coast. Continental breakfast, you can even bring some fruit and pastries to your room. 5 minute walk to train or bus which takes 10-15 minutes into center of historic Genova. Loved it!

Actually, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Our room was on second floor which we did have to walk up. Easy stairs. We didn't mind that at all but if you do, ask for a room on floor with elevator service.

The location was perfect, close to the sea, close to the bus stop and there was even parking right in front of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We had a small problem in the room, but the staff changed it for us voluntarily and it was handled smoothly and very well.

Hotel is generally old and needs a good renovation.

Amazing staff! Girls are very helpful and polite. Clean. Close to the beach, restaurants, public transportation and has a parking.

We only stayed for one night during our trip. Location was OK, outside the city. Free parking place. Nice staff. Very close to a beach (but the beach is not a nice one).

Breakfast was quite poor but for that price it was OK.

Nice room, private parking with good signs how to get to it (you go through several small streets), very friendly and helpful staff. Good public transport connection to Genova center. We enjoyed out stay there.

Internet (via WiFi) was practically unusable, despite trying it from two different rooms and the staff resetting the connection. Without this problem I would give a 9 to the hotel. I hope they improve the connection.

Nice very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms were good. Well located near coast (2 min walk) and easy bus to town for €1.50 (gives you 100 minutes rides anywhere) also free parking at hotel.

Thin walls as could hear neighbour telly. Also Genoa not great for variety of food especially so far out from center.

A train goes right by the building, but air conditioning works properly so you can close the terrace door for the night.
