I travel a lot every year. I have to say its the cleanest place I have ever stayed in 3 towels replaced every day whether they were needed or not. The host was brilliant. I felt I was in my own home 2 minutes from brignole station and metro when you come out of brignole station 20 mt ahead of you 20 twenty steps up to next street 1 minute to bb will only 5 minutes by metro to main train station. My room was called the music room, and I had a piano, a cello 3 violins real class. Thank you

More my fault you need the key fo r front entrance. I should have rang 30 minutes before I arrived when back would definitely stay in bb. There was no question about that

Very good location, just a 5min walk to Brignole Train Station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and very clean. We had super delicious breakfast with fresh focaccia and croissants. Would definitely recommend staying at BB Tube, our experience was 10/10!

The AC wasn't working perfectly, but the room would cool down after some time. Although it was a minor thing for us, we really enjoyed staying at BB Tube.

The room is nicely decorated according to the theme "Music" (others rooms have other themes). The host was very nice. The location is perfect to reach the old town with a short walk. Breakfast was very good with salami and good cheese.

The bathroom is private but on the other side of the hallway. Did not bother us but you should be aware of this as you can't go to the shower naked :-)

Everything was great. Comfy room, the design was interesting as it was music themed, very close to the city center, delicious breakfast and the host was also nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

There is some temporary construction work done at the Brignole train station, which is close by and during 1 or 2 days it got bit noisy in the late evening, but it was fine. It wasn't that bothersome, especially after a full day of wandering around the city, we slept without problems.

The property is a flat divided in rooms to rent with music as the theme of the decoration. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and gave us tips and information about the city, even without speaking much English. The breakfast was a very nice croissant and focaccia and some fruit and cake. They offered us the rest of the focaccia to take with us for the rest of the day, which was great.

The property is a bit old and the bathroom needs some repair.

Closeness to the railway station. Friendly hosts Good sized bed and comfortable

No available refrigerator for guests to store any cold food. I wasn’t keen on the check in procedure. Didn’t like the fact that you needed to ring host to get access through street door when you first presented . There is no protection from weather. This process appeared to work for the host but guests had no idea of the process . I saw a few flustered guests arrive .

The host was very welcoming and kind. Great with kids. Checked in advance what flavour of croissant each person wanted for breakfast. He was very accommodating of our early departure on the 2nd day and ensured we had access to breakfast items to take with us (despite our departure being before the official breakfast hours)

We felt a little uncomfortable going through the dining room to the bathroom (I knew it was private/external but didn't realise it would be through the dining room... some guests were sitting there in the evening, so we were reluctant to go and have a shower). Also, some peeling paint from a moist wall in our room flaked onto a bed/dresser overnight.

This is someone’s private home, so it may not be for everyone, but I really enjoyed it - the place is full of very nice things. The rooms are themed, based on what happens to be in them - musical instruments, art, records and DVDs, etc. Mariana, who received us, was awesome. We got a 'Welcome coffee' and were allowed to leave our bags there (before and after). The room was big with 3 single beds in it. The bathroom was separate, but only for our use. The owner provided an AMAZING breakfast in the morning - this was both unexpected and very well received.

It was rather noisy all through the night due to the location right above the main train station.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, I even was asked about what croissant I'd prefer in the morning! My room was quite spacious, so was the bathroom, the bed was large and comfy. You'll walk about 5 minutes to Genova Brignole station and just some more steps to city center. There's restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The walls and the room door seemed quite thin, so I woke up several times at night when people arrived late or flushed the toilet or showered.

BONUS: Elevator from station to very near bbtube!! Josefina was a sweetheart. Made me feel quite welcome and could not do enough. Great that dining area stayed open 24/7 for coffee and snacks. Only negative was that Luigi was not responsive to my requests. *Dangerous situation with unmarked step in bath.
