The receptionists were super helpful, I especially thank the person that gave me the right suggestion about bringing my child to the right hospital when she was feeling very sick.

The room was a bit dark, even with the windows fully open (but the artificial light was more than sufficient). The fresh pasta shop right next door to the hotel was so popular, that people queued outside even up to encumbering the hotel door, which made it hard to come in and out with the stroller. I suggest the hotel owners to talk to the shop owners so that they in turn ask their customers to be civil and mindful of others.

The hotel is centrally located an easy walk from the the Brignole train station. It is quite quiet. It is surrounded by small cafes. One cafe serves meals in the piazza in front of the hotel. There's no reason to get the optional breakfast with so many good options nearby. Hotel was basic, but very clean with great staff. It was a great base for a short stay in Genoa. Decent value for the location.

No complaints

Excellent location very close to the old city center. Room is clean and they make cleaning service every day. Hosts on reception are very friendly and always ready to help. In a 2 min walk there is a market, with fresh fruites and veggies, local meat and cheese. Despite the fact, that area around is quite buzy, inside the room you cant see any noise. Nice place to stay and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

We stayed only for the night, but everything went smooth and simple. Reception was open until late at night and we could check in after 11PM. The guy at the reception was really helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and pretty spacious, but we were not looking for a big room. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was available, but we didn't have the chance to use it, as we left in the morning. Nearby there are some restaurants and a nice food market. Overall a very good experience with this hotel, which we would definitely recommend at least for transit. Based on the impression that we got, we think that at least 2 - 3 days stay here would be very fine.

nothing to complain about

Nice little square that the hotel is located in. close to shops and railway station. Basic hotel we didn’t book breakfast but loads of local patisseries nearby. Hotel is clean and tidy staff helpful extremely good value for money.

I had a room without looking on tje nice square, the plus is it was super quiet. The place is in the Center of Genua, almost everything is so close you can walk to (Central Station 20 Minutes walk(.

it has all the amenities you will need. good wifi, AC is great esp during the heatwave of Italy. they clean the rooms everyday and change the towels. perfect location as it’s near the train station plus many restaurants nearby. great plaza infront of the hotel as well. Great stay overall! 😊

Extraordinary clean room and bath room, very nice host (we do not speak Italian but we somehow managed), nicely working AC and located very close to Genova Brignole station (→ ~1h to the airport; ~1.5h to Cinque Terre; several beaches and Nervi etc. even closer) but still rather quiet. Old city and many restaurants in walking distance. Even though the room was small it did not feel that way due to its high ceiling. We were very happy with our stay!

Great location near one of the main train stations in Genoa and pretty close to main attractions in the city. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned every day.

There were some communication difficulties as some employees didn't speak English too well, but still everything turned out well in the end.
