The hotel is perfectly located in Grado Pineta, close to the beach and close to the center (10 min bike ride). Breakfast is good and dinner is also excellent for a very reasonable price. The room is spacious and clean. Swimming pool and relaxing areas are also nice and clean. Free bikes to be used during the stay The best part of this hotel is the staff: kind, available, gentle and helpful. Especially Silvia is a super star.

The overall look is a bit 80's, but it is ok.

Our room was great with a balcony overlooking the pool, the air conditioing worked well. The room was very clean. Dinner was nice in the restaurant but the hotel is located in an area which is walking distance to the beach and other good restaurants. Nice pool great for families. Staff were very helpful.

The shower in our room was a bit small but worked fine.

Hotel is cute and perfect for a short stay! I really liked the option of renting a bike at the hotel (for free!), which allowed me to explore more of Grado and it was lovely to explore in that way. Location is also good, about 15 min bike ride to main part of Grado, but depends on your time of visit, sometimes it is actually a bit more peaceful and relaxing to not stay completely in the city center. Room was basic, but clean and had all the neccesities. Breakfast was also tasty, quite a large assortment of food.

Nice quiet place and neighborhood, good for our family. Loved the pools, great breakfast and dinner, the best morning hot chocolat/kakao :) Nice private beach, very polite and professional staff, really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome friendy and helpful staff! Precise cleanliness, great breakfast terrasse, nice and shady courtyard. Wonderful and too much food :) Near the beach, that was very clean and well organized. Also the neighbourhood was nice.

We loved the friendly, professional staff. Excellent wine list and well-cooked meals. Very dog-friendly with a beach for dogs a short walk from hotel (Spiaggia Snoopy). Free parking 😀

The room was a little small to squeeze 3 people, but was comfortable. I should have gone down and asked for an extra pillow.

The friendliest and most helpful hosts. Spacious rooms and real cleanliness everywhere. Free sunbeds and bicycles. I can only recommend.

We did book the hotel randomly because we wanted to spend a night in Grado and didnt have time the previous days to book. When we arrived, the hotel condition did exceed our expectation. Hotels staff are friendly from the first time we step foot in the hotel (Yes, it's you, reception guy, forgot to check the name though). Bar, restaurant staff are friendly as well. On the breakfast you will be given a paper / list of things you want to have. The portions what are coming are quite small actually - but I am sure you can order again.

We did ask watermelon for my pregnant wife at breakfast - the waiter delivered uncut - unsliced what had to be at least 300 g watermelon to us. She was friendly though.

All the staff very friendly, at breakfast and dinner especially. Food was very good.

Balcony is small.

I have come here for the second year. I like everything: the staff, the location of the hotel, the food (we always choose half pension). Will definitely visit again next year

The sea is not always there (it all depends on the weather and wind direction), but you can always find another beach, especially since the hotel offers free bicycles
