Great location, the best breakfast we ever had in whole Italy, great coffee, nice and cooperative people at hotel, especialy the owner that likes to make very good eggs for breakfast. Everything is spotlesly clean and functional and rooms are big enough. We were lucky that we were invited by owner to special boat trip where his nice girlfriend Maria explained all about Grado history and we saw one of the most beautiful sunsets ever. Thank you for that. It was unforgettable. We will for sure come back.

A very good, reasonably priced hotel a short walk from the beach.

I was a little bit confused about the parking as the cost (if a place was available) was 10€ per day when street parking outside was 6€ for 24 hours. But we parked on the street. I also think it shoud be clearer and state 'limited parking available' and not 'parking is possible' as there were actually very few spaces available on the premises. It's only a minor point but this wasn't clear.

the hotel is great, in a great location. everything is clean, tidy and the rooms have everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The hosts are very kind and pleasant. It is located near the center and the beach itself, and everything around is peaceful and quiet. I recommend and we will definitely come back again 😊

The owners are lovely people. They made us feel so at home. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the balcony facing their beautiful garden. The breakfast room was charming and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Gluten free bread and even gluten free sweets were available upon request. Located right at the beach and close to town.

The staff are very friendly and helpful making you feel welcome all the time. The bed is comfortable, shower hot and the balcony pleasant. The hotel has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors and the after 22:00 access is easy with a key card via the elevator.

The room has air conditioning but it didn’t work. Every time I tried to turn it on it had an error code.

Extremely friendly and nice! Everything comfortable and tidy, very welcoming staff at the reception desk. Excellent breakfast. Grado is a beautiful city and this hotel deserves your attention. Great value for the price. They provided us a safe locked space to park our bicycles, at no additional cost.

The staff is really great. It was so friendly, starting from meeting you and finishing with giving you the bottle of Prosseco when you leaving. The location is brilliant (3 minutes' walk from the beach). Breakfast is tasty and with a lot of options. The room is still good for that value. It's much better than we expected!

The staff was hospitable, friendy, willing - every member of them. Breakfast was really delicious and there was a variety to choose from. Location was amazing, close to everywhere and with a small view of the sea.

We just missed duvet for two, which is typical thing of majority of western country accommodations.

The staff was fantastic. Prior to our arrival, they sent messages confirming my request for two beds and about local road closures due to a triathlon. The breakfast room is light and airy and the reserved tables are a nice touch. There were a variety of pastry selections and eggs and bacon for those who want something warm. The shower in our room had probably the best water pressure I've experienced in all of Europe! It's no-frills but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is room to unpack and plenty of hangars. The clothesline outside the window is perfect for damp towels. The hotel is directly across from a park, adjacent to an entrance to the (paid access) beach, and 50m from the pedestrian area. And did I mention the staff ... ?

The room was even more utilitarian than I expected. It was clean and reasonably comfortable, but it felt reminiscent of a dorm room.

Great Location with view of both the beach right across the street and the Laguna on the back. Super friendly staff. Room was simple but tidy.
